  Spent $25 on coffee and donuts, just to get coffees no one would ever want to drink. I politely pointed out the coffees were incorrect at the window, and am understanding of how busy things get. When the coffees were "fixed" and brought out to my vehicle, they appeared to be the same incorrect coffees from the window, with foam added on top? I didn't get a chance to say anything before the employee hastily went back inside. There is no parking due to the chaos of the line, and no point trying to remedy a situation for a 3rd time. I kick myself in the butt anytime I have visited this location, wasting my money and getting food or drinks that SUCK!!!

  I've been coming to this location almost every single day for my coffee, and lately the consistency has gone completely out the window. Every visit feels like a gamble, sometimes it's fine, other times it tastes nothing like what I ordered. The bigger issue is that nobody ever gives you a heads up if they're out of an ingredient or something is off. You just get handed whatever they threw together with zero communication. As a daily regular, that's frustrating. I keep coming back hoping it improves, but at this point I feel like my loyalty isn't being respected. Step it up.

  To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience that occurred today, March 11, 2026, at your location at 3470 N Lecanto Hwy, Beverly Hills, FL 34465. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a coffee and a cinnamon bagel. When my order was handed to me, I later discovered that the bag containing my food was filled with used latex gloves and other trash mixed in with my food. This is not only disgusting but also a serious health and sanitation violation. Serving food in a bag contaminated with used gloves and garbage is completely unacceptable and should never happen in any food establishment. This level of negligence shows a shocking lack of basic food safety standards and respect for customers. When I brought the issue to the manager’s attention, he was polite and respectful, and I appreciate his attitude in addressing the situation. However, the employee who handed me the bag — a red-haired young woman whose name I do not know — was the person responsible for giving me the bag containing the used gloves and trash. The nature of this incident made me feel extremely disrespected and humiliated. As a customer of Latino origin, I cannot ignore the possibility that this treatment may have been discriminatory. No customer should ever be subjected to such degrading treatment. This situation is unacceptable and requires immediate attention. I expect a full investigation into this incident and appropriate action to be taken. Food safety violations of this nature are serious and should be treated accordingly. If this matter is not addressed appropriately, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue by filing formal complaints with corporate management, public health authorities, and by sharing this experience publicly.
