  Food was not cut properly and was cold. Don't know if I'll be going back, threw a large pepperoni pizza away because it was obnoxiously bad.

  At 3:30 this afternoon, pre ordered dinner for my family tonight, specifically to be delivered at 7pm. I made my order on the papa John's website directly and my confirmation is from papa johns. I ordered 2 pizzas, an order of garlic cheese bread and a 2 liter. At 710 (already late from my delivery window) , the door dash delivery guy calls me to tell me they dont have wings... well thats okay I didnt order wings. At which point this poor guy tells the employee she didn't order wings. The employee then loudly yells that they DONT HAVE ANY BREAD... I said fine just tell her to refund me. I just need the pizzas for dinner anyways. At which point she informs me that all refunds have to go through door dash. I told her, I ordered from papa John's directly not through door dash. And tells me we'll thats too bad. (Mind you, this poor door dash guy is in between this convo) The employee then states ill just give you a brownie. 740 pm, my pizza arrives cold. How do you not know your out of bread? how do you not contact your customer when you know your out of something? How do you make the delivery guy contact me? Don't even get me started on papa johns corporate customer care.

  Came to get a slice real quick cause I was light headed after work. Not only do they not sell slices but cheese sticks took 15 minutes while 6 door dashers came in and out. In-store customers are a complete afterthought.

  The pizza is supposed to be pepper and onion. There are barely any peppers and onions on this pizza and for the price you people charge for such a pizza, I got ripped off. By the way, the pizza upset my stomach so I am thinking that fresh ingredients were not used. Good luck calling in an order. The people who answer the phone are not employees of the facility. In fact, the people who answer the phones aren't even American and they barely speak English.
