  We came a couple times and the team got our coffee correctly but recently they got new people and they can’t seem to get their orders correct and show attitude when asked to have it fixed. The other day my friend and I went to get coffee and we had to repeat ourselves six times because the lady kept switching what we wanted. When she finally got it right she gave the order to a man who clearly did not want to be there. My friend got hers first and it was completely wrong even though we repeated both orders over and over. I asked him if he could fix it and he did so we thought that was that. Then he proceeded to slam the coffee on the table and it was worse than the first one. My order came up next and they charged me for an espresso shot but I didn’t get it, they switched my number of creamers and sugars and gave me less caramel so it just tasted black. It wasn’t even busy so we didn’t understand. Then we decided to give them another chance so we came in today. It wasn’t even busy a little busy so we told them to take their time. We got the same coffees that we did a few days ago and they did the same thing. My friends coffee was made wrong and she was too scared to say something in fear that they were going to make it worse. I ordered the iced caramel coffee and the cashier who was also making my coffee proceeded to say “you wanted an original coffee” after she just gave me the receipt for a caramel coffee. I told her no I asked for caramel and it tastes so bad I couldn’t even finish it. I didnt say anything because last time they messed it up they gave us coffee that was worse than their first one. I don’t know who is hiring but if I’m paying 7 dollars for a coffee i would’ve assumed it would be made correctly.

  Stopped at this location at 6pm mon 3-30-26 to grab a coffee because they normally have $2 medium iced coffees after 2pm and cashier said they no longer have that promotion even though the sign was still on the door and refused to honer it

  When ask for just glaze donut holes they stuff everything else but just glaze donut holes.

  Terrible customer service, the person over the intercom was incredibly snarky and had a terrible attitude. If you're going to be in customer service then don't get upset when you have to take care of customers. The coffee was room temperature, overpriced and not even correct. You'd think an establishment would have better care for the customers in the morning. The food felt and tasted as if it had been sitting out for hours, just drying out. The munchkins were incredibly dry and tasted terrible. Do establishments such as this even care for customers and the quality they provide anymore? Would not recommend.
