When I arrived at the drive thru I was told they had no more egg bites and could sub it with a bacon and egg sandwich. When I asked how the price difference would be handled they said they wouldn’t do anything and just give the sandwich. When we got to the window, they gave me my food and the sandwich they replaced it with was 2 of the sandwich eggs and 2 pieces of bacon. No bread of any sort. The egg bites were for my mom in passenger seat, and she told me to leave it because we had already been given not to great of service and she was ready to just leave. Pulled off and noticed other food items also missing. I knew this place was bad and haven’t gone in years, but this solidified I’ll never be going back. Especially with all the other options around

The next 2 visits were less then pleasant.06/30/2026 I ordered a tea, a refresher, and an iced coffee. Well, I thought I ordered an iced coffee. They were out of whole milk. The app didn't say that this product was unavailable so I didn't catch it. The girl at the window just stared at me. I assume she got the manager and she was so rude. And argumentative even though I apologized and told her I didn't realize the iced coffee didn't go on. I ended up going inside to get the iced coffee and that's when I found out they were out of whole milk. 07/01/2026 same order and it was the same manager at the window. She handed me the cup carrier, no eye contact and while the window was closing she said have a nice day. She just seemed to have an attitude. I'll go out of my way to find another Dunkin. I don't need attitude. Thanks but no thanks. Oh and the iced coffee looked like cream with a little coffee. It was so white.

It tasted sweet and my blood sugar immediately started rising so I tested it when I got home and alas it is NOT low sugar as it tested off the charts with sugar content. THIS IS DANGEROUS FOR DIABETICS! I tried to call the store several times to let them know making their drinks this way could harm someone but no one will answer
