As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I tried picking it off, but it just tasted like I was eating lettuce the whole time so I have four burgers, not even eating because I can’t stand the taste of lettuce and they couldn’t follow the instructions on the mobile order and fries that are full. I ordered an XL fry and burgers came with fries cause it was a meal and all the fries were cold. I cannot recommend this place

If google had Zero stars i would give it Zero stars. I almost thought they had given me the wrong order bc the burgers were soooo small. Im curious to see what their value menu burger is bc there is NO WAY it can be smaller them the ones i got. DO NOT GO HERE. There is absolutely nothing about this place worth the 30$ i spent. I cannot express this enough. I am not a big eater by anymeans this is not a gluttony issue. My kids werent even satisfied with the burger size. Their AI ordering at the drive-in sucks and won’t let you make any kind of customizations so we went to the window to order. Just with our order alone we had so many issues. I ordered a chocolate shake and got banana. I ordered mozzarella sticks and did not receive them. We tried to order Philly cheesesteak bites and they did not put them in the order because the worker claimed that we didn’t ask for them even though we said it multiple times. My sandwich had mayo on it even after I asked multiple times for no mayo and he even said you want to add mayo? and I said no I do not want mayo. There wasn’t much point getting it fixed as the worker literally wasn’t paying attention to us. In fact I saw the cheesesteak bites were missing and when I went back the worker was like… oh you wanted those? I didn’t know you wanted a combo (mind you my husband said it 3 damn times clearly) so this dude ruined our whole day by not listening to us. We live close by so I’d love to be a regular there but after this I never want to come back. What if I was allergic to bananas? Or mayo? Never mind the waste of money. Yes they are affordable but not if you buy stuff that you don’t get or can’t eat.
