  I placed an order through the app and the order was placed at a store that is 30 minutes away. I get to the window. The cashier tells me that there’s nothing that she can do try calling the store and see if they will cancel the order. The cashier didn’t give a damn and simply close the door and walked away from me. I called corporate and corporate gave me the same attitude, but added that I needed to wait 3 to 4 days for them to call me back and then make a decision. All the while the entire time I’ve already paid the order online. I was also instructed that if they decide not to refund me then I can sit there and dispute it with my bank. Checkers you guys used to be an awesome company, but the way things are going now I look forward for you to share the same faith as spirit, Airlines.

  Honestly im little bit puzzled, if it wasnt for my son being in the car I would had a conversation about respect I've never dealt with a hostile employee before from this location let me be very clear the person who was operating the window through drive through was very sweet. However, the person in the back, making it was unnecessarily aggressive. I ordered 4 plain hot dogs. my son is autistic and it's his thing. It's not just about autism and textures.He actually has a food allergy to condiments However, after getting my order, I smelled ketchup, so I did a U-turn and checked my food again. I was still in the parking lot, not a big deal. When I got to the window, I explained incorrect order auto order machine they have. And the person, again at the window was very sweet. But then this dude comes up behind, being all aggressive. Telling me you can't eat ketchup and mustard. I explain. First off, I ordered plain and second off. He has food allergies. Can I please get what I ordered I am not being aggressive at all. However, the guy was throwing his hand over his face and grunting loudly, making it uncomfortable for the person at the window the guy aggressive yanks bag over to food counter.window guy even he looked like he was puzzled This is unacceptable behavior and I will do a follow up contact tomorrow i had my teenage son with me. I cannot believe this is acceptable. Having a grown man tantrum at a customer who was not even being aggressive. Just simply asking for the correct order.

  As a DoorDash driver, this is by far the slowest and unfriendly "fast food" restaurant we go to.

  I guess they clocked out early drove all the way up here it's 1:37 a.m. turning multiple vehicles away. Telling them their system has crashed.

  Never Again! Too bad I can't give negative Stars. Manager refused to take legal tender cash. Then they tried to steal my change. All the burgers were wrong and they didn't give us our fries. And all the sodas were flat. And they refused to give me a receipt so somebody stole my money!
