  In a world where customer service has all but died it's refreshing when you meet someone who does it well. The person who waited on me today was kind, pleasant, respectful, and they even cleaned off my cup before handing it to me. Seems small but it gave me a little glimmer of hope in humanity. Keep shining little star! Oh and the coffee was delicious 😋

  7brew had the nee doh and they said limit time only from 7am to 7pm and it was a lie we was there at 2 and they said they were sold out that’s sad bc yall got everyone posting they got 4 yall should had do limit for each person so everyone can get one not fair big line waiting for nothing wasted of time

  Everytime I go to 7brew I see one girl more than I see any other person there. I asked her how often is she here and does she like her job. She said she’s here all the time and she loves her job. Her name is Bruni. I remember because I told her how beautiful her name was. She’s always singing and dancing and talking to everyone like they are her best friends. I have seen her since they have opened this 7brew in belleview and not once has she managed to give any customer a hard time and I’ve been to many 7brew’s. She is such a bright light that shines over everyone I’ve ever met. She loves to talk to her customers. She gets very excited to see me Everytime I go through. If I have a rough day and want to go to 7brew I know who to find to make my day better. She deserves so much in life whether it’s moving up in her job or progressing in life as a whole. She is God sent. Someone I’ve never thought I would meet and yet I have. Bruni if you see this review. My family and I love you very much. We wish you nothing but the best in everything you do and we hope your work sees the dedication we see. Not only in your work ethic but in everything. 7brew is one lucky company to have you by there side. I hope they see your full potential the way many of the customers see it. If you ever get the chance to stop at the 7brew in belleview. Look for Bruni. She will make your day better without her even knowing it. We love you Bruni.   Love the flavor options, customer service and prices. Only thing that I did not like is that they charge you if you DO NOT want ice. Never heard of that but thats a bit crazy to charge someone because they don't want ice

  For starters, we are a family that loves 7brew; however, the service at this location has declined each visit since they have opened. Every other location has friendly staff that make small talk with you, are kind, and will ensure that you get the drink 100% the way you want it. Today’s experience was the worst and enough to make me not return to this location. For starters, I ordered my drink with skim milk and sugar free customizations. When I got up to the window the brewista was confirming my order and I realized that I ordered both of my drinks decaf, one was supposed to be regular espresso. So of course I let her know right away due to my error. I was sitting there for several minutes and it sounded like they were still making the drinks with the requested change, since they had not started on them already. The brewista came back and let me know that they did not have skim milk after all, which should have been communicated to the team members ahead of time. Oh well, I ordered a different milk. Finally after the drinks were ready she said, “Oh well I guess she made them both decaf anyways,” and handed me the drinks for me to be on my way. This type of service and comment is unacceptable, especially with the standard set by the 7brew brand. I have been to many other locations, Leesburg, Gainesville, and out of state. The service at this location is a bad representation of the brand. I recommend additional oversight of staff to ensure that they are providing the brand experience to every customer every time.
