  Have been at many 7 Brew Coffee with a quick drive through but NOT at this 7 Brew, there is always a long wait! No rhyme or reason to taking of orders. You can be in one line that doesn’t move at all and the other is moving and a car can pull up, order, get their items and leave before you even get your order taken! My order was then given to the car ahead of us and ALL the staff were laughing running after the car to take back the smoothie I ordered. And to MY surprise my smoothie was ready in 30 seconds! Really?? Was that the same smoothie that was in the hands of the car in front of me? Voiced my concern to the ‘girl’ who simply continued to laugh! Will not drink it and will not return until they have Management that actually oversees what is going on.

  Go there all the time. Always a great experience. Always great coffee. Staff is always so friendly .There's one brewrista, I think her name is bruni (sorry if it's misspelled ) who is always so delightful.

  wait time is never too awful, and the employees are always friendly and upbeat. they make conversation often and have helped me figure out what to order more than once - never had a bad drink from here either, everything is pretty much what it says it is and it's pretty much all good

  Zero management and lines made long by said poor management. You can watch one line have ten cars leave with 4 drinks each and one line sit and backup for just 8 drinks. No priority or sense of urgency to balance the issues outside. So you may wait 15 mins or 2 mins just because of the line you picked not because of your order. Really no reason to go here. It’s the same as everywhere else.
