  I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s this morning. The manager, Maria, was extremely rude and spoke to me in a disrespectful way, almost like I was a child. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. Customer service is very important, and the way I was spoken to made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers do not have the same experience.

  Honestly between Belle Glade and Clewiston I would choose the one in Clewiston hands down so if you coming from West Palm Beach,Florida going towards Fort Myers, Florida and have kids please go to Clewiston it's faster! I've been waiting almost 15 mins no lie in drive thru.

  I went here on the 17 of April at 5 pm. We had to wait 30 minutes for our food after asking them once they said it will arrive soon after asking again ( we were in the drive through ) they were like “ well what did you have “, mind you , 5 cars BEHIND us had already passed by in front of us with their food. After that, my dad had to drive off and go inside asking for the food , it was sitting there. Nobody knew how to do their job, they are completely useless, then when we got our food ; we had missing items, they did not give us two of our items which were both large size but we realized this once we drove off. Do not come here. Everybody who works there really just shows why they ended up with a job like McDonalds.

  It took about 20 minutes to place an order then another 20 to actually get my order and then the food was cold. The place was horribly chaotic with noise and just an all around bad time. In a little town like this you don't get many options
