  The lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful when I wasn’t sure what to order. She asked me what my taste preferences were and made recommendations based on my preferences. Tiffany made my first experience very enjoyable.

  This is the third time in a row that we got home to find out that our order was wrong. This was the last straw. My husband was suppose to have turkey lettuce and cheese only, he got one half of the sandwich with turkey and the other side no meat. It had mayo, pickles and cucumber. Mine was missing some of the fixings, I checked it against my receipt and I guess they just can't read. Last time mine was missing fixings and my husband got barbecue chips instead of regular. What's up with this place?

  I am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received at this location today around 1:20 PM. While I was checking on the status of my order with an employee, a man named Steven (the Shift Lead) came out of the back screaming profanities and calling me an "asshole" for no reason. Jimmy’s has always prided itself on a policy of high-quality customer service and a welcoming environment, but Steven’s behavior was a complete violation of those standards. It is shocking and unacceptable for a supervisor to use that kind of language and aggression toward a customer who is simply asking a polite question. This is a massive failure in leadership and basic professional conduct. I hope management takes immediate action, as no customer should ever be subjected to such verbal abuse.
