It was a drive thru order. Lots of waiting at the speaker. Lots. But it’s fine. We got to the window and waited some more. It’s fine. We ordered two packs of snackin’ bacon and an iced coffee. This is where it is not fine. The coffee was apparently nasty, bitter and possibly even incorrect. What was ordered, was not what was received… or it was missing something. But the bacon! They screwed up the delicious and delightful snackin’ bacon!! We were so disappointed!! Quantity is a good place to start. This Dunkin doesn’t give a full little snack baggie of tasty and perfectly crispy bacon like the others. Oh no. It’s a tiny blob at the bottom of the bag, perhaps two and a half pieces of bacon. At least, I think they were bacon. They were morphed into one congealed mass, blackened and burned to a dusty crust on the outside; peel it open to find a cold, wet soggy uncooked interior. Both orders were identical. Now…. I can forgive a lot of things…. But messing up bacon… I gotta draw the line somewhere.

- IDispress DEMay 1, 20261.0Brewing Brand Management, I am writing to raise a serious concern about the Dunkin location at 1202 N Broadway Ave in Bartow, which is, without question, the worst Dunkin in Central Florida based on repeated experiences; I go to Dunkin locations regularly and always order the same items, and this is the only location where the pricing is consistently higher, with added charges and fluctuations that do not match standard Dunkin pricing, which is both confusing and unprofessional; the service is extremely slow, with wait times often reaching 15 to 20 minutes or more, and in one recent example on a Friday evening around 7:15, it took approximately 40 minutes for just two customers to attempt to get a simple cup of coffee, with staff repeatedly stating they were not ready while standing around joking and not assisting customers; additionally, the environment inside the store is unacceptable, with music played at such an extreme volume that normal conversation is impossible even when standing next to someone, something I have personally had to ask them to turn down multiple times, and the type of music being played is also inappropriate for a general customer environment; as closing time approaches, the staff clearly disengages, and it becomes nearly impossible to get service, even well before the posted closing time; I have visited this location many times because of convenience and because I genuinely like Dunkin, but this store consistently fails to meet even basic expectations for service, professionalism, and brand standards, and I strongly urge you to address the management and operational issues at this location as soon as possible.
