  Brewing Brand Management, I am writing to raise a serious concern about the Dunkin location at 1202 N Broadway Ave in Bartow, which is, without question, the worst Dunkin in Central Florida based on repeated experiences; I go to Dunkin locations regularly and always order the same items, and this is the only location where the pricing is consistently higher, with added charges and fluctuations that do not match standard Dunkin pricing, which is both confusing and unprofessional; the service is extremely slow, with wait times often reaching 15 to 20 minutes or more, and in one recent example on a Friday evening around 7:15, it took approximately 40 minutes for just two customers to attempt to get a simple cup of coffee, with staff repeatedly stating they were not ready while standing around joking and not assisting customers; additionally, the environment inside the store is unacceptable, with music played at such an extreme volume that normal conversation is impossible even when standing next to someone, something I have personally had to ask them to turn down multiple times, and the type of music being played is also inappropriate for a general customer environment; as closing time approaches, the staff clearly disengages, and it becomes nearly impossible to get service, even well before the posted closing time; I have visited this location many times because of convenience and because I genuinely like Dunkin, but this store consistently fails to meet even basic expectations for service, professionalism, and brand standards, and I strongly urge you to address the management and operational issues at this location as soon as possible.

  The woman who is working was very quick and very polite, and my coffee came out great, which is not always the case with Duncan sometimes

  This place sucks, iced coffee with 2 creams shouldn’t be black… how are you a coffee shop and can’t make coffee correctly? Oh and my wife’s green tea drink was made with unsweetened black tea because “the person who makes the tea made unsweetened today instead of green tea, would you like something else?” Sandwiches were cold — just overall trash if I could leave a review with 0 stars I would. Please stop coming to this place because it’s a national brand or go to another location this one is extremely mismanaged undermanned and WAY under-trained. Again, overall garbage. Can’t make a coffee or answer a phone. Dine in order #4280 — 10:11 am
