  $20 spent on cold ass food from the night before, ask for fresh protein. Get looked at crazy. Burrito taste disgusting and the white queso dip was yellow? I want a complete refund bro. Top of the morning pissed over a burrito AND HOW DO YOU MESS UP QUESO DIP. It looks like cottage cheese. Piss me off

  This store doesn’t close until 11pm showed up at 8 pm and the staff said they didn’t have steak or chicken when we asked how long before the meat would be ready for walk in customers they stated that the meat that was being cut was for online orders only and they would not be cooking anymore meat for walk in when they don’t close for another three hours I also drove almost 30 minutes to this location…

  Honestly, I’m not sure if I walked into Chipotle or a sauna. 🥵 The A/C was clearly not working, and the entire restaurant was ridiculously hot and uncomfortable. Trying to eat my food while sweating was NOT the dining experience I signed up for. How is a restaurant open to customers with the temperature inside feeling like 100 degrees? 😭 At this point, I should’ve been handed a towel with my burrito bowl. I understand that things break, but this wasn’t a minor inconvenience. It completely ruined the experience. If I wanted to sweat while eating, I would’ve stayed home and saved my money. Please fix the A/C before expecting people to sit inside and enjoy their food. Because right now, the only thing getting grilled at Chipotle is the CUSTOMER. 🥵😂

  I came in today and was honestly shocked by the conditions the employees are working in. It's hot as hell and the restaurant has no A/C. The employees are sweating and trying to serve customers in extreme heat, which is not only uncomfortable but can become a serious health and safety hazard. On top of that, there was only ONE person working the main line serving customers while they were also expected to keep up with everything else. The employees are clearly doing their best, but it is completely unreasonable to expect one person to handle that amount of customers alone, especially in those temperatures. Management seriously needs to address the A/C and staffing situation. Please take care of your employees—they should not have to work in these conditions.....

  Today’s date is 9/4/2026 and the time was 5:30. The short little African American girl is so incredibly rude. I might come back after they fire her, IF they can ever have food ready**. I want to love this place because it’s right by my house and it’s an easy protein fix. But the service and food just have to change. I hope management can hear me out on this, I’ve seen them apologise for this girl’s behaviour in the past. I’m leadership in retail and I can tell you right now, she would be off my team!
