- KKKate4 days ago1.0This is my second time coming and having an issue that was not my fault but yet when they fix it, the employees and Manager act like they did me a favor😂😂 I will be going back to the chick-fil-a on South Florida, they know how treat customers.

- ZBZack BrettMay 8, 20261.0Worst experience I’ve had at a chick fil a. I like the company but every single time I eat at this location they mess something up. Most of the time something small like leaving the tomato on my sandwich after asking for it off, but that’s not something I’d really complain about. This morning, however, I received the entire wrong sandwich. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and received a fried one. I didn’t realize until I got home, immediately went back to the restaurant, and told the ladies at the drive thru about the ordeal. They handled it well and made sure I got my correct food, but once I pulled up to the window to physically receive it, the worker up there asked for my sandwich that was given to me incorrectly. I work in the food industry and would never ask someone for a product back after we mistakenly messed up their order. I was caught off guard, and asked “what are you guys going to do with it, eat it?” The young lady said “no, we will just throw it away.” Where is the sense in that? For a company aligned with core Christian values, it’s totally ridiculous and embarrassing. That sandwich could’ve gone to a hungry mouth that actually would’ve enjoyed it and benefitted from it. At the very least leave the sandwich to me and let me decide what I’m going to do with it, since you guys were the ones that messed up MY food and wasted MY time by making me come back. Very saddening I definitely will not be back to this location
