Me and my family didn’t feel like we were welcomed or as if we didn’t deserve to be there. I don’t recall what his name was but he was pretty tall with dreads if I’m not mistaken it was cam or Corbin something like that

Your girl is a lemonade connoisseur and this location consistently makes the best tasting lemonade around here locally.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered breakfast, then left the restaurant. After driving away and passing a couple of intersections, I realized my order had been made incorrectly. It was frustrating to have to return to the store, wait through the drive-thru line a second time, and deal with the inconvenience while also becoming late for where I needed to be. When I reached the window, the employees remade my breakfast order. Because of the inconvenience and extra time involved, I politely asked the associate if they could provide a complimentary frosted coffee for the trouble. She responded that she would ask the manager. The manager, Loushaun, declined and stated that it was simply a mistake on their part and that remaking the breakfast item was sufficient. I then asked Loushaun for his manager’s name and phone number. His response was that I could “Google it.” I told him no, that he could provide me with the information directly. He then instructed me to pull out of the drive-thru and park, saying he would bring me the phone number, which he did. However, after handing me the information, he immediately turned his back and walked away while I was still attempting to speak with him. I found his behavior extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. I have since contacted Chick-fil-A corporate in hopes of receiving a more understanding and professional response regarding this experience. I have called this store 3 times to reach Justin leaving my name and phone number. I have not been able to reach or connect with Justin or a returned phone call.
