    The food was okay, slightly warm, but not fresh. The atmosphere was fine. The service was...to be polite...less than attentive. I can not recommend this location unfortunately.

    I have loved every Arby's that I have been to in any town or state that I am in. This one in Bartow is one I will not be at again. Not only did the cashier completely ignore me standing right there, with no other customers around...but when I asked her if I can get a french dip without cheese (to go) she said yes, so I ordered one. I TOLD her my daughter is allergic to cheese, but when I got to my daughter's house, I opened it and there was cheese on it, so she had no lunch. SO careless for anyone in the food industry to not care or pay attention to the ticket...and I was the only customer there at the time, so it's not like they were busy. They just don't care
