  So this subway is great depending on who is serving you. This would have been a 5 star review if it wasn’t for my last experience here. This time I was on break from work and had 10 minutes left on my timer. I figured it would be enough because there was only one person in front of me, or so I thought. The customer was a friend of the employee so you can see how he would get distracted by conversation. They laughed and stood there like he wasn’t even at work. Also there was another gentlemen coming in and out of the store talking to the associate, not buying anything but just serving as a distraction. It took 10 minutes for him to prepare a 6” sub just for the person in front of me. My alarms went off, I was already late but hungry. So I ordered my sandwich and asked for a large drink and cookie like I always do. I come to this location a lot. He forgot my cookie. I had already paid. So I had to ask for it while he was making someone else’s food. I left very upset. I get back to work and they are understanding of the situation. I take a look at my receipt and not only did he forget to give me my cookie, he also didn’t charge me for it and the drink. The only reason this review got 3 stars is because of the very exceptional people that work here that I have come to know.
