  I'm a usual customer to this location. Sometimes I get lunch, sometimes I get breakfast. It seems like every time I order at this location, there's always something wrong with my order. No creamer in my coffee when I ask for it, no sauce for my nuggets when I specifically ask for it on the kiosk, no napkins in my bad when they know I get it to go half the time. No straw for my drink? I can't tell if it's the laziness or the incompetence but this store needs a reality check. Half the workers walk around like deer in headlights and act like they know what they're doing when they don't. They look right at the customers but don't even acknowledge their requests and just ignore them. It's usually the "managers" that try to make things right, but even employees & managers wanna catch an attitude just for showing them a messed up order that needs to be corrected; even when they aren't in the middle of a rush. Sebring McDonald's is tenfold better.

  Worse service. Act in pain to even get napkins. No self service. No soda, napkins or condiment at all. All kiosks. Wait forever. Never again. Frostproof, sebring much better. You feel like they are doing you a favor

  I’ve given this McDonald’s multiple chances, and every single time the service is painfully slow. It honestly doesn’t matter if the place is empty or packed, morning or night—you’ll still be waiting way longer than you should. Orders take forever, and the whole experience just feels disorganized and frustrating. If you’re in any kind of rush, do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. There are plenty of other places where you can get quicker and more reliable service. This one just isn’t worth the time or hassle.
