  I had a very disappointing experience here. We ordered a cappuccino, and it tasted like watered-down milk, completely lacking flavor and quality. It was honestly unpleasant. On top of that, the service was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which made the experience even worse. Definitely not what you expect from a place like this. I wouldn’t recommend it based on this visit.

  There was a gentleman working that morning, possibly the GM, who was incredibly welcoming and clearly passionate about making great coffee. I ordered a caramel macchiato with oat milk, and it was excellent. The espresso was perfectly balanced, and the milk was steamed just right with a smooth layer of foam on top. When he handed me my drink, he wished me a wonderful day. Noticing that my 3-year-old was a bit fussy and tired, he went out of his way to offer my son a box of animal crackers. The service was outstanding, and that small act of kindness made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

  If management reads these reviews, I’d suggest taking a look at the coffee preparation. Everything else here is great, but the coffee itself could really use more care and attention.

  They don’t like working. I came hours before they closed and asked for 3 drinks they said they ran out of all 3 things and the cashier didn’t even greet me she was in her phone and sucking her thumb until I talked to her.
