  Muy buenos días excelentes helados en Miami. Creo que recorrí al menos unos 4 locales y siempre es igual de bueno. Recomendable.

  Siempre es un placer visitar Häagen-Dazs en Aventura Mall. Además de ofrecer helados deliciosos y productos de excelente calidad, lo que realmente hace especial este lugar es la atención de su equipo. Las chicas que trabajan allí son increíblemente amables, dulces y profesionales. Incluso cuando están por cerrar, mantienen una actitud cálida, paciente y sonriente, algo que hoy en día se valora muchísimo. Nunca te hacen sentir apresurado y siempre atienden con la mejor disposición. Da gusto regresar a un lugar donde no solo disfrutas de un excelente helado, sino también de un servicio que te hace sentir bienvenido. Felicitaciones a todo el equipo por su dedicación y por brindar una experiencia tan agradable en cada visita. ¡Más que merecidas las cinco estrellas

  Después de tanto tiempo sin volver al mall, hoy regresé por mi chocolate caliente a Haagen-Dazs ☕️🍫 y tuve la suerte de encontrar a Tania y Priscila, dos chavas muy agradables y súper amables. La atención fue excelente y hicieron que la visita fuera aún mejor. Así da gusto regresar 👏✨

  Vine de vacaciones y de verdad que debo decir que recibe un excelente servicio, las que me atendieron fueron super amables y pacientes. Definitivamente volvería por el helado y la atención recibida

  I ordered a Small (2 scoops) cookies and cream in a waffle cone with a lady. I began to eat my ice cream, and I noticed that she rang me up for a regular (3 scoop) cone. I reminded her that I ordered a small, and she didn’t disagree. However, she did ask have I already eaten from the cone, and I shared that I did. She then told me to hand her the cone back, and I told her no. She explained that she accidentally gave me more than she was supposed to. I refused again. She then called another employee over to me and the Second Lady demanded that hand the cone back so that they can throw it away and make another. I refused for the third time. The Second Lady shared that she was calling her manager, and he soon approached. I explained everything above and he charged me for what I ordered. Very poor customer service from the two ladies, and I am shocked at how badly I was mistreated. Horrible experience.
