Everyone looked tired, disengaged, and like they simply did not want to be there. There was very little sense of hospitality or urgency, and several employees were serving customers with visibly frustrated expressions. I also had to ask multiple times for basic items. Several salad ingredients and seasonings were empty, so orders had to stop while we waited for them to be refilled. What concerned me most was seeing the employee bringing out the salad refills handling the process without gloves. This location needs a serious management shake-up. Staffing, morale, food preparation procedures, and overall customer service all need attention!

I stood at the counter for approximately 5–10 minutes while Santiago looked directly at me multiple times and completely ignored me. At the same time, Justin was walking around getting lettuce and doing other tasks instead of serving waiting customers. During the entire time, nobody acknowledged me, greeted me, or even said, “We’ll be with you in a moment.” I simply stood there waiting while the staff acted as if customers didn’t exist. The security cameras can easily verify this. I was there around 9:50–10:00 PM, and the footage will clearly show me standing at the counter without being helped. I eventually walked out because I felt completely ignored and disrespected. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, this was my last visit to Chipotle. Customers deserve basic acknowledgment and respect, and tonight your team failed to provide either.
