I have visited many Chick-fil-A locations throughout Central Florida, particularly in the Orlando area, and I have consistently received outstanding service. Unfortunately, my experience at your location was noticeably different. One of the things that makes Chick-fil-A unique is its customer service culture. At most locations, employees regularly say “My Pleasure” and create a welcoming atmosphere. At your restaurant, I did not experience the same level of hospitality and attention to customers. I also noticed that Chicken Noodle Soup is not available on the menu. In my opinion, this is a popular item that many customers appreciate. At the same time, the restaurant offers a machine that creates drawings when customers purchase lemonade. While this may be entertaining, I believe adding Chicken Soup to the menu would provide more value to customers. Another concern is pricing. I noticed that many menu items appear to be approximately $2 more expensive than comparable items at Chick-fil-A locations in the Orlando and Central Florida area. Higher prices can be understandable in certain markets, but when combined with weaker service and fewer menu options, it creates a disappointing customer experience. Overall, compared to many Chick-fil-A locations in Central Florida, this restaurant appears to be operating at a lower standard. I hope this feedback will be helpful and that improvements can be made in customer service, menu offerings, and overall value for customers. Thank you for your time and consideration.
