  Jorge was the kindest and most attentive. His smile and warm greetings extended beyond the front. He realized that I was enjoying the toast and brought me an extra one to enjoy with the tastiest crab bisque that I have had this summer. The server Michael was equally attentive. He ensured to check in and kept the water glass full #OldSchoolHighClassService . The only room for improvement was the salmon and couscous . It was a little dry and missing a teaspoon of salt. Otherwise, great service, nice atmosphere.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Café Bistro at Nordstrom, and I want to personally recognize Stephanie Santos for her outstanding service. Stephanie is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes great pride in what she does. It's refreshing to encounter someone who truly cares about providing an exceptional customer experience. From the moment I interacted with her, it was evident that she knows her job inside and out. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence did not go unnoticed. Nordstrom is fortunate to have such a dedicated Assistant Manager representing their team. I would also like to commend the entire staff for supporting such a great leader. Stephanie deserves her flowers and recognition for the amazing work she does every day. I will be recommending her to everyone I know, and I fully intend to follow up to make sure management is aware of the exceptional service she provided. As a plumber, I meet and interact with people from all walks of life every day, and you can be sure that I'll be sharing my positive experience and recommending Stephanie and the Café Bistro whenever I have the opportunity.   The food was amazing and the prices are reasonable. The service was outstanding. Our waitress was so nice and the chief came out from the kitchen several times to make sure everything was fine with our meal. The meal was 5 star quality. This place is a hidden gem located on the second floor of the Nordstrom at the Aventura mall. I am looking forward to eating there again. I highly recommend them. Thank you for a wonderful meal!   Mom and I had lunch and it was absolutely delicious. Our server was great! I don’t remember her name but she has been working there for one year. Everyone was really nice!

  This is one of my favorite hang out. Love coming her, great Atmosphere, excellent service and the food is always delicious.
