- KGKitty G4 days ago1.0Would leave zero stars. 6:20 pm thurs Aug 20th. Girl in the drive through says the windows register is down and that i would have to place a mobile order. I ask if the inside register is open. She says yes. I say then why cant you place the order inside? She just repeats that I can either come in or place it online. Rude as hell. I have a baby in the car but come in watching my car the whole time, she has me my drink, no customer good service no apologies no "come again". Worst review ive ever had to write. Oh and this isn't the first second or even third time ive gotten bad service here. This was just the last straw.

Since I pull in to the drive through the person there was already rude I left it alone pay no mind I ask for a large drink star lemonade to share with my sister to try it out we ask forl no ice we pull up to the drive through and saw the cup was half filled I told the person at the window it was half filled she said this is how it is without ice I went inside the establishment to ask for a refund the workers there are rude and giving me half a drink was just not it for me. When I went inside ask for a refund they talking in Spanish looking me up and down I paid for a large drink just to refund me a medium drink I acknowledged that just for the cashier to throw 50 cents at me. The disrespect I experienced here is unacceptable I will never come back there AVE MARIA LOCATION

From the jump I could tell she had an attitude. Since I don't know know Martha I can only surmise her attitude is because I'm black. Very disappointing. I also got the fluffernuutter chiller which tasted like only coffee. I went to the restroom while my drink was being made so not sure how she made it.
- JMJessica MJul 29, 20261.0I have given this Dunkin several fair tries, but after at least 4 times having the same poor experience I must leave a poor review. They consistently get orders incorrect that are clearly on their menu - NOT a custom drink. Every time I order the blackberry tangerine energy drink they make it with peach syrup. Then when you show them the receipt and question it they tell you it’s what you ordered. I literally watched them use the incorrect syrup on my drink twice in a row. Not sure if it’s. Language barrier or what but it sucks that we won’t be ordering here anymore.
