For the past month, I was routinely given my drink in a larger cup without issue. On June 18, 2026. I was abruptly told that a larger cup could not be provided and my drink was only served in a very small cup. There was no clear explanation for the change in how the order was handled, and the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. It is frustrating to experience inconsistent service for the same order, especially as a regular customer. If store policy has changed, it should be communicated clearly rather than handled inconsistently from one visit to another. I hope management addresses both the inconsistency and the customer service approach so future visits are more professional and predictable.

I just called them and let them know that they forgot it the lady that answered had an attitude. She said that they had no more blue Gatorade and gave me attitudes. Saying, are you gonna come back? Or what and get an orange juice? Or an apple juice? And I said that I'm already halfway out of ave. I was just letting you know. I also asked her why she didn't tell that they didn't have blue Gatorade. She said it was my job to let her know that I had a blue Gatorade. Even though that's not even true. They have a sticker, they're supposed to let their customers know that they don't have something I let her know that she needs to let people know that there's not something that somebody paid for she had an attitude. And said, is there anything else you want to say? And I said, there's no need for attitude. And she just gave me attitude. The entire time people like that do not need to have a job.

Upon entering there was no one by the register, a male attendant was assisting customers at the drive through. As we approached the counter we noticed a young female employee, leaning against the wall in the back corner behind the counter playing on her phone. We stood there for a minute as additional people walked in. After being patient, I said hello. She looked up and looked back down to her phone. The male associate apologized and assisted us. For the whole transaction, another girl popped up from the back and disappeared. The cellphone girl resumes her texting as we finished our purchase. I read the reviews, and found that this has been a reoccurring issue here, for 8 months now. We'll drive to Publix for donuts.
