Short: Just go already, the food is delicious, wonderful papadum with black pepper for more flavor not just cumin, delicious chicken korma, refreshing light mango sunshine’s. They have quality and taste of dishes I’ve been long waiting for that I can’t get at the other five or six places around here, even on DoorDash. I am not at all related to them just a local who’s hoping for more great restaurants like this. Now need a similarly delicious Chinese restaurant with Pan fried Peking ravioli like New York/Boston Chinese food. More: the service was excellent. They have Indian food that just as good as quality in New York, Boston and other major US metros. Not their first restaurant as they have one in Ft. Lauderdale I think. They have more than a few dishes that I haven’t been able to get other places here like and not only do they have it but it’s delicious! Finally a delicious chicken korma in the area the way it’s supposed to be. Much more flavor than the butter chicken everybody seems to think is the best at other places. Their naan is very good but some of the other places also have good ones. Aromas however has an onion kulcha … WOW … never had this before. It’s like an onion naan with 3 times the flavor and smells so good. Their lamb vindaloo is very tasty and the rice with it was delicious. Just the right amount of potato as well. Though I prefer mine a little spicier(even though I asked for extra spicy). However I grew up with a father who had a medical waiver he had to sign for a hot sauce he bought once, so take that into consideration. However it was very taste The mango sunshine is delicious and fizzy lightweight drink. Heavenly. I’ve never been a fan of the mango lassi anywhere so this is a refreshing change. And FINALLY a place that has papad or papadum that add black pepper to it, not just cumin seeds. YUMMY. All the other 4 to 6 Indian places that I’ve tried in Winter Haven or Lakeland, they all only had cumin. This place has authentic delicious papadum like in New York and Boston. Cons: parking lot needs more and better lighting, same as the entrance. Plenty of parking, just very dark and no lit sign of the entrance

I love Indian food and from the very first bite, it is evident that the kitchen is operating to a high standard. Went with the tried and true Chicken Tikka Masala along with Garlic Chili Naan. Both were great! Matching the extraordinary kitchen is a serving team that definitely made me feel at home. Glasses were always filled and I was asked several times how I was enjoying everything. All of that said, the prices at Aroma do not seem to match the general location (Auburndale) and scale. There seems to be no lunch pricing and while I fully expect to pay a premium for exceptional ingredients and great service, the markup strategy here feels like it was designed by a corporate hedge fund holding an entire family's inheritance hostage. Will I be back? Definitely. Will I take out a second mortgage to do so....most assuredly.

Had such a spectacular experience at Aroma! We tried the dahi kababs, lamb chops, curry goat, and a few other dishes, and everything was so flavorful. The dahi kababs were definitely one of my favorites, and the lamb chops were tender, juicy, and seasoned perfectly. The curry goat was also really good and had so much flavor. The service was amazing as well, they are having their grand opening soon too!! We also tried the Rasmalai Tres Leches for dessert and it was honestly amazing. Such a unique combination and the perfect way to end the meal. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and there were so many interesting options on the menu that I definitely want to come back and try more. Definitely recommend checking out Aroma if you’re in Auburndale!

Food wasn’t that flavorful the mango sauce chicken the bowel came with only 5 small pieces of chicken the tikka masala, only came with 6 small pieces of chicken. The mango sauce chicken curry I got it mild and there was no spice at all to it also it was very sweet we doubled check to make sure we got mild and it was but didn’t not taste like it at all. It was on a bowel with the rest of the curry and it was pretty much swimming with the 5 small pieces of chicken there was way too much curry and not enough chicken. The tikka masala was mild and that was good but way too much curry left over and only 6 small pieces of chicken. They also had no cold water except sparking water and no ice as well. My second drink I ordered was mango juice that was perfect and sweet, the other drink was mango lassi it was not cold it was very warm like the room temperature water they gave 3/10 in my opinion I hope they will fix a few things because I know they have a chance of being amazing and popular!

I’m giving 4/5 because I believe it can get to a 5 stars and don’t want to ruin their rating system however, we went when it wasn’t busy at all, the music kept going on and off and making static noises. Get a tablet or laptop to connect to music so it doesn’t interrupt customers. food is there for sure, I say the guy (waiter) needs to learn the menu on the tablet thing because he took forever to find the items while we ordered and forgot to add an appetizer my partner said but it wasn’t on the receipt so it’s cool. Also, please don’t keep asking guests how it is, we got asked like 3-4 times within 10 minutes and asked how it was when I only had my food and my partner didn’t have their food yet, instead go make sure the whole table gets their food at the same time. The rice portion needs to be a little more too, I respect this place and see the potential but just some things to keep in mind, because I would just order to go next time. The bathrooms could use some cleaning as there wasn’t no toilet paper but just on top and kinda dirty overall. I see it becoming better like I said but just some things that kinda turned us off.
