  We went with a larger group of 10 on July 3rd. Positives… food was good and our wait for the large group was only around 30 minutes. Negatives… while cleaning the table off behind us the staff knocked a bowl of ketchup to the ground which felt right behind my daughter and splashed all over her dress. Accidents happen but there was no apology or acknowledgment even though it was very obvious it got on her. Because of a language barrier with the staff it took forever to get a cloth and some club soda to clean her up. Also still no apology once we brought it to the attention of the management. Service was slow and sub-par, with refills on drinks and ask for silverware to be slow in coming. Language barrier was a huge part of this as staff didn’t seem to know what we were asking for even though these were basic essentials of eating out. Again… food was good and pricing fair but not sure we will be back.
