  Terrible experience each time I have gone. The staff was incredibly rude, and the food was inedible, the drinks are not blended properly. It seems like this location has stopped caring about quality control. I won't be returning.

  Despite what some may post, I’ve been coming here for well over 10 years, and I’ve never seen it better than it is now under Cebrina’s management. The coffee, food, and staff are truly the best they’ve ever been. The space is consistently clean, welcoming, and well-maintained—I’ve never experienced any pest issues or anything that made me uncomfortable. Highly recommend!

  DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION THEY HAVE ROACHES AND THE SERVE 3 DAYS OLD ICE COFFEE WHICH IS A HEALTH VIOLATION.THE WHOLE STAFF IS RUDE AND UNTRAINED.COFFEE IS ALWAYS SWEET THEY DONT MIX IT AT ALL THEY LET HOMELESS SLEEP IN THE LOBBY!!

  Walked in at 5:58 to just order an iced coffee, and immediately got told we close in 2 minutes. I asked “are you closed now or are you about to close” their response was “we’re closing thank you” with a highly unwelcoming attitude. We turned to leave. It wasn’t until we turned and were walking out the door that they then decided to ask if we wanted to order. It came across as a forced question versus wanting to serve us a drink. This is how you lose future business.
