  Horrible do not order here ! They are very disorganized they blamed having to call me to tell me they where out of sauce on my order being almost 45 minutes past the time they said it would be ready for carry out and on top of they they forgot to even make my bread sticks! And the pizzas where done and got nasty cold while I waited 20 additional minutes for breadsticks.. no apologies or anything! And I even tipped them on the app for this poor service ! The lady making the pizzas was activity texting on her cell phone! No wonder they where backed up so bad ! The other 2 people where working hard but they where drowning in orders and people! No efficiency here and no organization! Will not order again here! UPDATE: I contacted Pizza Hut corporate office which now you can not even speak to a representative you are immediately told to call the store directly for any issues or go online and fill out a form to be contacted by the store management to address whatever issues, we'll I went online and emailed the store and they are actively ignoring me now after a couple initial emails where I first explained the problem and they said someone would be in communication with me. its been a week already and not one single person has reached out to fix this issue or make the situation right ! They are probably hoping ill give up and go away but im not going too I want a damn refund !! UPDATE #2 Today is Sunday July 5th I still have not heard from any store management or spoken to anyone, but im assuming the owner is the person who responded to this review with a apology which I do appreciate, I have a pending refund on my account which is also appreciated, but it would have liked to actually talk to someone personally and tell them what happened, and have them fix the problem verbally instead if me having to harass them through reviews and emails to get any resolution, its honestly coward behavior to just issue a refund and not even tell me anything or speak to me at all! I get that there trying to make this situation better and I appreciate that but let's talk about it. We dont have to be enemies! Thank you for the "pending" refund I appreciate you doing the right thing!

  Es una falta de respeto este lugar llegas y a veces te atienden con mala forma y te metes muchísimo tiempo esperando a veces la tienda está vacía y te dejan esperando muchísimo tiempo y no te dicen ni una palabra
