  I was honestly disappointed with my experience at Wingstop. I ordered the Lemon Pepper and Hot Honey flavors, and while the flavors themselves usually taste great, this time the wings barely had any seasoning on them and tasted pretty plain. The wings were also unusually big, which made the texture seem off and not as enjoyable as usual. I specifically asked for my wings to be well done because I like them crispy, but they still came out soft and not cooked the way I requested. That was probably the most frustrating part because I made sure to include it in my order instructions. The only positive part of my experience was the staff — everyone I interacted with was really nice, respectful, and helpful. Customer service was good, but unfortunately the food quality just didn’t match the service this visit. For the price, I expected fresher, crispier, and more flavorful wings. Hopefully they improve the consistency and pay closer attention to special requests in the future.

  Absolute trash just like the rest of the food in Apopka . The people that work here are incompetent too . They made me wait 30 minutes for some “wings” that were cold and fries that were soggy

  Glad to see this location is now open! The staff was friendly as soon as I opened the door. I ordered the citrus mojo tenders & lemon pepper wings for pickup. The citrus mojo flavor was really good, kind of a similar taste to the lemon pepper. It's spacious on the inside as well.

  I really enjoyed the service very respectful workers fast nice and neat. Thankful they may run closer to my house fresh food, nice workers and also very convenient to me.
