  Terrible service on Thursday May 14. Drive through only had two cars ahead of me and took 25+ minute. No apologies or explanation.

  Worst run store ever don't do orders here their moto is dont wait on delivery drivers only drive thru n in store customers you can stand there and wait while people will come in order food in front of u pay for it get there food eat n leave before u can get ur orders

  Employees were only attending to the drive-thru. I waited inside the store for almost 40 minutes with eight other people. I told my husband to go through the drive-thru and let them know about my pickup order, and you know what happened? He went through the whole line and still managed to finish before me They need to focus on both sides.

  Stingy with the cheese literally have to get extra to not get only a sprinkle of cheese and it’s not even extra it’s just how much they should put on anyway. And their employees are always rude like it’s not that hard to put on a smile and act like your happy for your customers just because you hate your job doesn’t mean you should bring down other people’s days.   BEWARE An employee working at the Taco Bell drive thru took my credit card and walked off with it. Another employee came and asked for my credit card again and I told her someone already took off with it. She look confused and then looked toward the back and then did nothing about it. Normally they never walk away and the transaction is done at the window. I later received multiple fraud charges on my credit card, someone had stolen my credit card number and we shut it down. I contacted the store multiple times and no one answers the phone. I contacted corporate and they said they would investigate and get back to me. They never did. We will never go back.
