  I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order. I placed and paid for my order online, but it was never delivered, and no one contacted me to let me know there was an issue. Because of the lack of communication, I had to leave the company I had over at my home to drive to the store, only to be told I would need to pay again for the pizza I had already purchased online. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. To make matters worse, the manager handled the situation in an unprofessional manner. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the manager walked away, stating they “didn’t want to deal with us,” and continued yelling at us as we were leaving the store. That behavior was disrespectful, unacceptable, and far below the level of customer service I expected. I understand that mistakes can happen, but clear communication, accountability, and respectful customer service are essential. This experience left me feeling ignored, disrespected, and taken advantage of. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken to ensure no other customer has to go through a similar experience.

  Terrible customer service! Ooof! Gave the order to a wrong person and couldn’t even bother replacing or the very least apologizing. I think the manager has a default setting to rudeness. Orders can be missed, things can go wrong but the way you talk to people can make all the difference.

  If I could give a zero, I would. What a terrible service. This is the second time I have come here… first time I had to wait 2 hours for my order today my order was given to the wrong person and the manager couldn’t even find my order… and kept being rude did not believe that I actually had an order there. It took the team lead to come find my order and even after that, not even an apology but cuss words to just piss me off the more. If you can, save your time, energy and sanity.. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE… They should give the team lead, TERESSA the manager position because the manager may speak English but has no customer service whatsoever… and she could use some more POS training.

  I placed an order for a medium cheese pizza and some Alfredo. My pizza was fine but my alfredo was spoiled. I called and requested in to remade and asked to add a Pepsi 2 liter and they attempted to charge me and additional delivery charge that should have been a courtesy as to you gave me spoiled food and I still was going to pay for the soda but you messed up and and gave me spoiled food. Poor customer care. They lost a customer. But hey i dont matter. Spoiled food lack of consideration. Im good. Thats bad business to me.

  Yesterday I visited the store and posed a simple inquiry regarding the wait time for my food. A representative, Brittany, responded abusively, yelling at me and stating that she had just arrived, which prompted my question. I inquired as to why she chose to respond to me instead of allowing another representative to address my query. She continued to yell, threatening to cancel my order and requesting that I leave the store. Furthermore, she refused to provide her name and stated that she was not obligated to communicate with me. I found her demeanor to be extremely rude, particularly considering that I had only asked a single, straightforward question. The customer service I received was subpar. She didn’t want to give me her name so I asked the next lady and her name was Teresa. She was nice and polite and she said ma’am her name is Britney Britney Britney Britney very very rude. Horrible customer service she needs to be removed from the store.
