  Second time I’ve had to complain about this place. Came in 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. Paid for it and then wait another 20 for them to pull it out of the warming locker, where it had been there the entire time. I watched them look and say it would be a while longer, then pull it from a shelf I had seen it sitting the first time they “checked”. Pizza was barely room temp as soon as I bit into it and I live two minutes away. First time I had a problem, I wrote to corporate and nothing was done. I’m going to assume they knew I complained and were messing with me this time or they are truly incompetent. Had my daughter with me so I’m not going to say anything in front of her. Seriously this location is absolutely absurd.

  I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order. I placed and paid for my order online, but it was never delivered, and no one contacted me to let me know there was an issue. Because of the lack of communication, I had to leave the company I had over at my home to drive to the store, only to be told I would need to pay again for the pizza I had already purchased online. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. To make matters worse, the manager handled the situation in an unprofessional manner. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the manager walked away, stating they “didn’t want to deal with us,” and continued yelling at us as we were leaving the store. That behavior was disrespectful, unacceptable, and far below the level of customer service I expected. I understand that mistakes can happen, but clear communication, accountability, and respectful customer service are essential. This experience left me feeling ignored, disrespected, and taken advantage of. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken to ensure no other customer has to go through a similar experience.

  If I could give a zero, I would. What a terrible service. This is the second time I have come here… first time I had to wait 2 hours for my order today my order was given to the wrong person and the manager couldn’t even find my order… and kept being rude did not believe that I actually had an order there. It took the team lead to come find my order and even after that, not even an apology but cuss words to just piss me off the more. If you can, save your time, energy and sanity.. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE… They should give the team lead, TERESSA the manager position because the manager may speak English but has no customer service whatsoever… and she could use some more POS training.
