  Order this pizza online for delivery to my house, and was informed at the end of the delivery that it would be done via DoorDash, and I had no problem with that. I just put in the notes for it to be hand-delivered to me and I added in my gate code for easy access. When I got a notification that the driver was close to my Community, I sent my fiancé downstairs to grab the pizza. When the ring doorbell had not gone off, I groove Suspicious and decided to check the app to see if the driver was lost. Only to discover that he had in fact, delivered the pizza, but not to my front door or to my hand for the instructions, he left it outside of the Community on the main road, outside of the gate. I had no missed calls, I had no text messages, or any type of alert that he was unable to get into the property. I had to walk over to the gate myself to get my pizza and once I got home, the pizza wasn’t even good. It was cold, cut incorrectly, and baked entirely too hard.

  2 hour delivery time for a single pizza is unacceptable. When the OBT location did the deliveries for my area it didn’t take half as long. I wish this location never opened.

  I was waiting for my order. I watched the kid come in with his drink, playing with his hair, sat the drink down and then went in the refrigerator to grab a dough ball and start making a pizza with it

  I order pizza online and showed up to pick it up at the store. It said it was ready online then they said it wasn’t. The app updated and said picked up, it wasn’t . They have the order to the wrong person made me wait 30minutes to realize this and provide no solution.
