  Pizza backed well as I demanded. Just should have a place indoor for costomer to stay inn for dine inn.

  Ordered online and was told my pizza would be ready in 15 minutes, and it was. I walked in, was told, "I'll be right with you," then all four employees continued doing other things while my order sat there for another 10 minutes. I finally had to ask again just to pay for food that had been ready the whole time. Then the screen asked for a tip. Here's my tip: provide better customer service.

  Ordered a pizza on my way home from Ocoee drove like 20 mins to get there kid tells me another 15 min come to find out they hadn't even started my pizza yet. Ordered on the app they didnt give a option for pepperoni but they had plenty in the store. Took about another 20 minutes to get the pizza get it home the Philly steak had zero flavor pizza seemed only sauced around the outside. Just not a good experience ordering, picking up, or eatin wouldn't come back here again.

  Arrived 15m after my order was supposed to be ready and they weren’t even starting it just standing around. Short bald delivery driver starts giving me lip when I say I wanted a refund. He asked me if I had some more important to be. I asked for Manager to give me a refund. For other customers in lobby waiting for orders that were quoted 20 minutes earlier. this store is a joke.
