  Excelente . Es nuestra primera opción cuando queremos disfrutar de un buen desayuno cerca. La comida es como sentir nuestras raíces, la atención por parte de las chicas siempre ha sido muy cordial. El café es cafe del bueno. Los jugos excelentes (el de guayaba riquisimo ) Las empanadas , cachapas y arepas las favoritas.

  Habia ido cuando abrió y no me gustó y deje de ir, pero fui ayer xq tenía cita cerca de ellos del hospital y fui y me encanto!!!! Dsd la joven que me atendió muy amable y contestando mis preguntas y dandome opciones, el local buen olor ambiente, decoración, el café y postres q ordene riquísimos, ahora si vuelvo mas seguido! Y buenos precios tambien mas como esta esta economía de verdad q le doy un 1000!!!

  No conocíamos Mecatos, un desvío de la vía, nos hizo entrar y salimos sorprendidos, excelente ambiente, todo limpio e impecable, buena música, la comida riquísima, además quiero destacar la excelente atención de Leo, desde el primer momento fue amable, atento y muy profesional. Se nota que le gusta lo que hace, porque cuidó cada detalle y nos hizo sentir muy bien atendidos. Sin duda, su servicio hizo la experiencia aún más agradable, gracias Leo, eres un gran chico, sin duda volveremos, totalmente recomendado. 🤩

  can’t say enough good things about Viviana Arias  Mecatos Bakery in Apopka. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by the warm aroma of freshly baked Colombian pastries and the kind of friendly service that makes you feel right at home. Everything I’ve tried has been absolutely delicious—perfectly flaky empanadas, fresh pan de bono, and desserts that taste like they were made with so much care and tradition. The coffee is rich and authentic, the perfect pairing with any of their baked goods. What really stands out is the consistency and quality. You can tell they truly take pride in what they do. Whether you’re craving a quick bite, a comforting breakfast, or a sweet treat, this place never disappoints. If you’re in the Apopka area, this bakery is a must-visit.   I am writing to formally report a disappointing experience at your Apopka, FL location. Unfortunately, this is the second time I have encountered similar issues at this restaurant. During my most recent visit, I pulled up to the drive-thru to place an order and was asked to “please hold.” That hold lasted approximately ten minutes with no follow-up. Because my work break was nearly over, I decided to go inside instead. Upon entering, I noticed two employees wearing headsets standing in the corner engaged in conversation, the other four ladies arguing about an order to send back to the kitchen, while there were already several customers waiting in line to be assisted. Despite the number of customers, service was significantly delayed. I want to emphasize that I enjoy and love your food and I have never experienced this in other locations( Metro West, Lake Nona, Downtown or Waterford Lakes). However, repeated experiences like this make it difficult to return to the Apopka location. My previous visit involved a nearly identical situation at the same Apopka location being asked to hold at the drive-thru for an extended period and experiencing excessive wait times. and 15 minutes later the person returned to take my order. I hope this feedback helps bring attention to the service issues at this location. I would appreciate any steps taken to improve the customer experience moving forward.
