  I had tasted the BEST of the BEST grilled Chicken (Pollo à la Brasa) my First time in GALLO’s Restaurant. Today Sunday came with all my Family. I Big applaud for Jenny outstanding Customer Service. Super kind and professional and warm welcomed. I will pass the word around my friends, co-workers, and groups of Church.

  I’m not usually someone who takes the time to write restaurant reviews, but this place definitely deserves one. I’ve ordered from here three times through Uber Eats just within the past week, and every single order has been consistently amazing. The food is always hot, fresh, flavorful, and everything in the meal tastes great. I honestly can’t complain, especially considering the price. It’s genuinely delicious, and the consistency in both the food and service is hard to find these days. 11/10! I highly recommend this place. I honestly wish I had discovered it sooner!

  From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. The person who attended to us explained the menu in detail, and the service was excellent. The food exceeded all of our expectations! The rotisserie chicken was absolutely delicious and very juicy, and the black beans were perfectly seasoned. The restaurant is very clean and has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. We highly recommend this place, and they will definitely have us as regular customers! We can’t wait to come back

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly don’t even know where to begin because my experience at Gallo was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The food was incredible, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the customer service, especially from Yali. She is genuinely one of the most amazing people I have ever had the pleasure of being served by. Yali provided the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. She was so kind, attentive, patient, welcoming, and genuinely caring. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job, but with Yali, it felt completely different. She made us feel comfortable, appreciated, and truly welcomed. She was constantly making sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed, while still being incredibly warm and friendly. Her attitude and personality completely elevated our entire experience. She has such a beautiful energy, and you can tell she really cares about the people she serves. Customer service like this is honestly hard to find nowadays, and I really hope Gallo knows what an incredible employee they have in Yali. She deserves to be recognized because she went above and beyond! And of course, the food was AMAZING! Everything we ordered was delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell that a lot of care goes into the food. Every bite was worth it, and we left extremely happy and satisfied. Overall, this was such a wonderful experience. Great food, beautiful atmosphere, and exceptional service. But Yali truly deserves a special shoutout because she made the experience even more special. If you come to Gallo, I highly recommend asking for Yali. You will not regret it! Thank you, Yali, for making our visit so wonderful! We will absolutely be coming back. ❤️

  What a wonderful experience for my husband and me! ❤️ Wow…where do I even begin? From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a big, genuine smile that immediately made us feel welcome. The menu was easy to understand, and the way our order was taken made us feel like they already knew exactly what we wanted—even though it was our first time there. The service was truly A+! And the food…oh boy! 🤤 There was absolutely nothing not to like. Everything was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly. The sauces were another amazing touch—we loved them so much that we put them on just about everything! The atmosphere was wonderful too. The lighting was just right, the decor was beautifully characteristic, and the tables and chairs were comfortable. The entire place was exceptionally clean, and every staff member seemed genuinely busy working and taking care of the customers. Unfortunately, that kind of attention to detail isn't something you see everywhere these days. The manager and his team were amazing. Having great food, wonderful service, cleanliness, a beautiful atmosphere, and a hardworking staff all together in one place really stood out to us. And now…let's talk about that CORNBREAD! 🥹❤️ You absolutely have to try it! One bite took me straight back to my abuelita's baking. We asked for some butter, but honestly, by the time we finished that cornbread, we didn't even need it. It was that delicious! And the tres leches…well, I used to make tres leches cake back in the day, and this one brought back those memories. It honestly felt like I was eating one of my own homemade cakes. That's how good it was! The prices are very affordable, especially considering how much of the food is made right there and how fresh everything tastes. We were truly delighted with our experience. This place is a gem, and my husband and I will definitely be coming back—and next time, we're bringing our friends! A very special thank you to Joey for providing us with such excellent service. You helped make our experience even more enjoyable. We loved it and highly recommend giving this place a try. 👍👍 And please…don't leave without trying the cornbread! 😉🌽🍞
