I hate this location very unpleasant staff everytime I enter . Manager is extremely extremely unprofessional. And they will talk about you laugh at you and argue with you over a sandwich you asked for a bagel no boo you getting a croissant and if you ask for it to be fixed you are the problem . Go to wawa. They will do you just fine on obt

We waited for a while behind them until they left because no one had taken their order. We waited another 5 minutes and not one worker acknowledged us. No one said “We’ll be with you soon”, or anything to show they knew we were there and waiting. I understand being busy with drive thru and mobile orders. But the fact that they didn’t even acknowledge the customers inside is crazy. On top of that the counter was dirty, had recipes and napkins all over it. Get new employees!

The customer service is rude and unfriendly — it feels like you’re inconveniencing them just by ordering. The food is often sloppy, and the store itself isn’t well maintained. The only reason people still come here is because it’s the closest option in Apopka, but that shouldn’t excuse the poor service and quality. Something really needs to change.
