And then all of a sudden the tracker shows it's going to be an additional hour on top of the original quoted time. I call the store and get placed on hold then I noticed suddenly a driver is on the way with my order yet it still says it's going to be another 30 minutes before it gets to my house. This is insanity. So I'm waiting over an hour for pizza that was originally quoted between 21 to 36 minutes. Also as soon as my order left the store the time tracker showed the estimated delivery between 21 and 36 minutes again. Is this just some tactic you guys use on the app to make everyone think their pizza will be delivered in a timely manner? You're probably losing a ton of business, with practices like these. I won't make this mistake again I should have just gone to Publix and picked up food.

Thank you to whoever answered the phone and listened to my request to take whatever was removed from one side and put it all on the other! I don't know what made it different, what made it more outstanding but either way...whoever was on shift that night REALLY needs some props given to them. Thank you for satisfying my pizza craving that I've had for the past month lol!!! You guys are great.
