I pulled up to the new chipotlane and the lady in the window is giving attitude about what name my order is under. They can’t find my order even though I had confirmation on my phone & The employees were passing me back and forth for over 20 minutes. I wasted almost out an hour of my time between driving. They didn’t even try to fix the situation. I called a customer service they didn’t help either. They sent me an email asking for a receipt for an order they didn’t even give me. After all that u never even got the food. This has been a terrible experience. From now on I’ll tell anyone I know to not go here again. I’m so disappointed. Might as well be a McDonalds now.

However, while waiting, the lady used her arm to wipe her nose. Got home and instead of chicken, I got what must of been some old steak. Definitely was not chicken. The food was thrown in the bag, because when we were taking the food out one bowl wasn't closed. We ordered 3 bowls. Two of the bowls were literally half empty. Highly disappointed!
