  The team needs leadership and management. I waited 5 mins to pay for my food. Small portions for a double. I rather drive the extra 10 mins for better.

  Rude employee making to go orders. I was waiting for my order at the shelves for 10 minutes and she sees me and finally says "what are you waiting for?" So I show her my phone and she goes and gets the bag and just puts it on the shelf 10 minutes late. Paid $18 for 2 bags of chips and large sides and got small cup of guacamole and small tomato salsa but large of the queso. I already hate Chipotle so I need no discounts or free items, just wanted to warn people that this is not a good spot.

  Christopher or Chris M was super nice and helpful even tho it looked like they were short on people and they were out of steak. Great customer service from Chris, the lady at cashier looked like she didn’t wanted to work today tho.

  I visit this Chipotle regularly. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with genuine smiles that make my day a little brighter. The team remembers little details about me, and that personal touch makes you feel like more than just another customer. The leadership has clearly created a culture where people genuinely care about both their customers and each other. You can tell the staff works hard, communicates well, and goes above and beyond to make sure every guest has a great experience. It’s refreshing to see a team that takes such pride in what they do. Thank you to everyone for your kindness, consistency, and hard work. It definitely doesn’t go unnoticed, and it’s one of the reasons I keep coming back!

  The worst chipotle ive ever been to. Ive lived in ocoee majority of my life and was ecstatic when they built this new plaza and added chipotle, so close and convenient. Also not my first visit. I asked for a bowl with little rice. not expecting the rest of the ingredients to also be little to none. I didnt get asked if i wanted beans, i didnt even realize it until i got home and was talking with my family about this bad experience. I ordered steak and it wasnt alot honestly, i asked if i could get a little extra & the gentleman making my order only said "im not supposed to but i can give you a little" and gives me 3 peices extra. Didnt offer me "double". No type of engagement in their staff. I then commented to the next gentleman that i am a chipotle fan and have never seen a bowl this small. No one knew what to do. I just paid and left. No manager talked to me. I think there was one training but no one seemed to know how to fix this situation. As someone who works in customer service this experience was very disappointing, no one knew what to do to make a guest happy. No employee thought to get a manager to fix anything. Not that i wanted a discount but didnt offer nothing to help make me happy. The real definition of "i just work here." Will not be returning.
