  I walked in and was greeted that I went and stood at the counter while everybody continued prepping food and cleaning equipment I stood there for about 5 minutes and then just eventually walked out. If there was a manager on staff they need some more training if not they need to get one on staff

  I had such a great experience at this location! The employees were genuinely so friendly and welcoming, which honestly made such a difference. I ordered a bowl and it was SO full! I can normally finish an entire bowl and feel pretty full afterward, but this one had so much food that I was struggling halfway through. I ended up having enough left for lunch the next day, which I’m definitely not complaining about! What stood out to me the most was the service, though. One of the employees helped me with my order, and later, after I had been sitting there for a while, he actually came back and asked how everything was. It was such a small thing, but it made the whole experience feel really welcoming. Great portions, great food, and genuinely kind employees. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle!

  There has been a noticeable decline of this location, got the new Pollo Asado just for some of the chicken to be cold, like it came straight out of the refrigerator, don’t know if the warmer works or if it’s been sitting there for a while but not good 👎🏾 and I hope people don’t ignore the flies that always seem to be on the glass and hovering around the food cause most of the time I come I see it happening, safe to say I won’t be eating there anymore

  I live in winter garden and I stopped by this ocoee location oh a whim expecting the food the be like the regular boring Chipotle on Highway 50. As I walked in the workers seemed to be hard at work and I was greeted shortly after. A employee then took my order and it was very accurate and made sure to follow up on anything I missed. As we were wrapping up I got concerned that my burrito was too big for him to wrap (because the chipotle in winter garden always has to double wrap mine and I feel like a fat ass) but I was in for a crude awakening. Not only could he wrap it but it was so perfectly wrapped that when I ate it IT DIDN'T EVEN FALL APART ONCE. I’m genuinely amazed and I want to say this is the best store I’ve been too.

  9/06 Where do I start….absolutely terrible customer service. Spencer, I am not even sure why you are working in customer service. We haven’t had Chipotle in over a year and when we finally decide to go, we are received with such hostility. You are rude and should be not be working with customers if you want to have such a crappy attitude. I start off by asking how are you and you just immediately start mean mugging us like we did something. Like us walking through the door and YOU doing YOUR job was an issue. Do better!
