    Ordered food here and couldn’t eat it. I ordered food for my wife and I through the app to save time. Customer service at the pickup window was very dull. For the food, the rice was soggy, and not fully cooked. Multiple tendons were pulled out of the chicken. The chicken was also cold which makes me think it’s not cooked fully. I hate to waste food, but i would not have even given this food to someone in need. It’s time upper management eats their food before giving to the community. I’m still praying my wife and I don’t get food poisoning from the few bites we had. We won’t be going back.

    I was dying for some chipotle today, so I decided to take a ride with my hubby who doesn’t like chipotle I live in Zellwood so I went to the one in OBT in Apopka. The service was the worst.the girl seems like she was mad because I was asking question about the food that looed like it’s been there like for three days!!! she said did I want beans and they were so dry what the hell beans was she gonna give me they were all really dry. The cashier was nice but the girl that was serving the food she’d act like she didn’t want to be there customer service this day is so sad. I work for customer service and for me and means the world and that customer service.sucks😩 04/11/26

    I ordered on DoorDash a bowl and some chips and their new lime sauce. I order from this Apopka area occasionally but usually towards midnight!!! I am baffled to say I have ordered during lunchtime 😳😳👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽this service. Food quality and taste is 1000 out of 10. ARRIVED HOT WITH THE CORRECT PORTIONS !Great job I had to give a call to the manager to give him a huge shout out great food!! JAMES (General Manager) & TEAM PERFECT!
