  Cashier Kaitlyn i think (it says the name on the receipt) was amazing especially how today was a bogo deal and was very busy she was still giving out 5/5 service ,will be back.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The food wasn’t properly cooked or seasoned and I got sick after eating here. The chicken was bland, rice was clumped together and the vinaigrette tasted like straight honey. The food and quality are extremely inconsistent. The service was just as bad. They also tried to overcharge me for extra chicken that I did not order. My bowl was “accidentally” marked as having extra chicken and I had to catch the additional charge myself before paying. On top of that the workers were rude. The trash was piled up and overflowing and there were no forks or spoons available. The entire restaurant felt dirty and poorly maintained. Please do better. Apopka deserves a clean well run Chipotle with properly prepared food and better customer service.

  I was completely shocked and disappointed by my experience at this Chipotle. One of the workers was extremely rude and repeatedly told us to “shh” while we were sitting in the dining room. I understand that we were being loud, and I was with a few younger teenagers, so I completely understand being asked to lower our voices. However, the way this employee handled the situation was completely unacceptable and disrespectful. There was a much more professional and respectful way to address us instead of speaking to us the way he did. I have never had an experience like this at a restaurant before, and it honestly left me very disappointed. We should be able to enjoy our food without feeling uncomfortable or embarrassed by the way an employee speaks to us.

  I love Chipotle... But this location is terrible! It's fairly new and I keep hoping it will get better. Lots of kids working in there who either have not been properly trained or don't care about their training. Its always a mess, they are constantly running out of things, they have no manners, portion sizes are inconsistent. The counter they work on always has soo much spilled food.. so by the the time you get your bowl or bag, there's a bunch of stuck on cheese and guac under it. Really sub-standard service. I have witnessed more than once where other customers express displeasure and are met with rude responses, even by the manager. I'll be giving them another long break...
