I ordered a cookie and he came up to my table and asked me if I had a brownie and I politely corrected him and said no it was a cookie and he said oh yeah right while rolling his eyes and threw the bag at my table and walked away.

Between being reprimanded for selecting the wrong vehicle instead of just confirming the order with us and then being told to move forward to their designated spot. A well trained person for directing and managing the drive thru would probably help tremendously. Food was also cold. Chicken was soggy. Overall just an awful Chick-fil-A.
