  I went on Saturday. This place is grossly understaffed and rude. I waited several minutes for my order to come up, long after the advertised time on the receipt. The young man that was working the counter was busy doing something else when several orders came up. I went to look for my order and was greeted with put that back and a dressing down. Im assuming the man thought I was stealing food, however I had been standing there for sometime, so it would stand to reason I was waiting on an order. The final words I was told was "Please dont come back". The food was so so, it was luke warm by the time I got it home. Certainly was not worth the abuse I felt picking it up. Wingstop in Apollo Beach lost a customer

  I’ve ordered from here twice and both times we were missing wings and half the wings we received were the wrong flavor. The first time I cut them some slack cause we ordered an hour before closing. But yesterday we ordered in the middle of the day and were missing about 30 wings and our large ranch that cost $5 I gave them a call and they offered a refund I have yet to receive the refund..

  We had a great experience at Wingstop, and I especially want to recognize the manager, Samuel Smiddy, for his excellent service. He was actively working alongside his team and staying involved at the front counter to make sure orders were being prepared correctly and handled efficiently. It was great to see a manager who is hands-on, attentive, and genuinely involved with both his team and customers. Samuel did a great job making sure everything was running smoothly. Great service and a great manager!

  First time visiting THIS location & when i say I will be back. My corn was made to perfection With Garlic Butter parmesan cheese and cajun seasoning and (ranch on the side) the way I like it (Try it) Lol the Strawberry special. I also had 10 piece wings all flats EXTRA crispy Lemon Pepper. I thought they weren’t going to be EXTRA CRISPY the way I expected as FAST as my order came out!!! But to my surprise they were PERFECT Thank you so much Fellas (Riley Dj & Tim for your service !!!!!

  Unfriendly, untrained staff. This was our first visit and will definitely be our last. I placed an order online totaling $58. I went home with 2 bags and when we unpackaged them, the entire order was wrong. I paid for 30 wings and only had 26, only 1/3 of the flavors were correct, all printed labels were wrong, and our sauce that cost extra, mind you, was missing. I immediately called to find out how to resolve this, and the young lady who answered the phone didn’t even name the business or have a greeting, just, “Can I help you?” I explained what happened and she asked for my phone number to refund me or said that I could come pick up new. That was it, she didn’t care what was wrong or what was missing to even fix things in the future. Very odd. Wings were extremely dry and gross overall. Difficult to give an accurate rating since we didn’t even have the correct flavors:-(
