  Let me start with all of your employees are top notch, I would probably hire them to work for me if I was looking for someone. Please understand I have no complaints about any of them, the location or your store. This is actually the first time we have ever tried Wingstop, we usually get BWW. The first thing that was surprising is that you don't offer a straight Teriyaki sauce although the girl who met me and handed me the order said I should try the Korean sauce. This location is right inside our neighborhood so we were hoping to like it. Unfortunately, we didn't care for the flavoring on any item. The fries had almost a sweet and salty flavor with too much of the sweet. Our biggest complaint was the flavor of the wings. They all just seemed to leave a strange artificial taste in your mouth after eating it. It was very disappointing as we really wanted to like them. The other problem is that the wings at The Greyson, in the same plaza has some of the best wings we have had, granted at a higher price point.

  Make sure to check your to go orders. My order is always missing items. Either they don’t read the order or they are stealing. Today was the fourth time this happened so I decided to finally write a review.

  My experience at this restaurant was terrible, I absolutely do not recommend it. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:20 pm, I went and asked at 7:25 pm and they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. Then my app indicated that the order was ready, and when I asked again, they didn't even answer. It turns out my order was ready and they didn't even check. In the kitchen, I only saw one guy working; the others were nowhere to be seen, and the girl in front seemed completely lost. In short, this experience was a total disaster!

  Keilyann assisted me in taking my order and she was very kind and patient and made sure my order was correct the food tasted really fresh and it was very clean inside.

  We have eaten at Wingstops for years and were excited to have one here I. Apollo Beach. The first few times we ordered, they were new. And a couple times it was great and a couple times, not. We refrained from leaving a review because they were newer. But we ordered again last night. Highly disappointed. It’s inconsistent. The garlic Parmesan wings —I think they forgot the garlic Parmesan mix that makes them so good. This has happened before. The fries were soggy and just not good. And other times the fries have been awesome. $60 for dinner that was A. Not good and B. Not even close to what we had grown to enjoy over the years. Please figure this out.
