  Crazy how there are so many one star reviews. I’ve been here several times and my order is always ready on time, food is hot and fresh, and always correct. I typically place my order online rather than ordering inside. Staff is friendly. Music might be a little loud but other than that, great location!!!

  First, the staff was friendly with a smile. The food was terrible. If they're going to take 30 minutes to get us our food, at least make sure is cooked. Also, the music was terribly loud and sounded like a busted speaker. The staff was almost yelling to communicate.

  The fries are always good, but unfortunately the wings missed the mark this time. They were very light in color and seemed undercooked for my preference. I would suggest using a consistent timer so the wings come out golden brown and fully cooked every time. I also specifically asked for extra garlic Parmesan seasoning because the wings can be pretty flavorless without enough seasoning, but unfortunately, the extra seasoning wasn’t added. The garlic Parmesan recipe could definitely use more flavor overall. The brownie was soft and fresh, but I personally didn’t care for the flavor of the recipe. Overall, I think a little more consistency with the wings and seasoning would make a big difference.

  Every single time i come to this Wingstop, my order is either wrong, missing several items, or missing my customizations (like lemon pepper seasoning). When you get inside the staff is extremely careless. They literally smoke their vapes right in front of us. My last order was missing 5 wings. I had to wait 25 more minutes for 5 wings while i watched one of the staff smoke their vape in the kitchen. Horrible place. Tried giving it a few chances in between a few months hoping things would improve. Shame, the other nearby local Wingstop has never given me an issue. Yet.

  I am extremely disappointed with Wingstop. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this location forgetting items from my order, and it continues to happen over and over again with no real resolution. This time, HALF of my wing order was missing from my bag. I paid full price for my entire order, so I expect to receive everything I paid for. I called the store immediately to explain what happened and was told they would remake the missing wings. Now I’m being told it will take approximately 45 MINUTES just to remake the wings that should have been included in my order in the first place. Mistakes happen, but when the same location repeatedly forgets items and then makes the customer wait nearly another hour for the mistake to be corrected, it becomes unacceptable. Customers should not have to constantly check every single item in their bag because the store cannot consistently fulfill orders correctly. At this point, I would like someone from Wingstop Corporate or upper management to contact me directly regarding this experience. I am paying full price for my food, yet repeatedly leaving with missing items and having to spend additional time getting the store’s mistakes corrected. This needs to be addressed.
