There is a new GM at this location who is strictly doing refills in Dunkin Donut branded cups only! This is absurd as they RARELY have cups for sale. They’ve just lost a customer this is insane. Bring manny back!!

Placed an order through the Dunkin app, arrived at the store, and was told the items were out of stock after we got there. (This is not the first time). Instead of issuing a refund, the staff told us we had to handle it through the app. The problem is the app literally does not provide an option for this situation.
When we explained that, we were told there was “nothing they could do” because the manager, Emily, would not be back until Tuesday. So customers are apparently expected to wait days to get refunded for items the store couldn’t even provide and go out of their way to come back for their refund.
To be clear, this is NOT the fault of the younger employee, Ali. She was polite and was clearly limited by what management allows employees to do. The issue is with management and the lack of any proper process in place.
What made this even worse was the complete lack of professionalism and accountability. No refund receipt, no printed documentation, nothing. I had to make them write a note on a random piece of paper saying I needed to come back when the manager returned.
There should never be a situation where employees have ZERO ability to resolve a basic refund issue for an out-of-stock mobile order. Completely disorganized and poorly managed experience.

This place used to be good, now they just hire these kids that can’t comprehend basic instructions. I’ve been getting the same coffee for the past 10 years, the last month I’ve been going to this Dunkin they somehow manage to mess up the coffee everytime. Why does my coffee taste different from the previous day ordered? It makes no sense. If you want good coffee go to the Dunkin on Big Bend or the Starbucks around the corner. This place turned into a joke with no care for what goes out the window.

Worst place ever. 5 people working and no one acknowledged that I was standing in line. Just needed coffee. Which is crap since this is in a 7/11. Dunkin You are truly terrible company. Fire these people and start over.
