    This was one of the worst Dunkin experiences we’ve had. We placed an online order expecting it to be ready when we arrived, but they forgot one of our drinks and completely forgot our donuts. We then had to park and wait while they made the donuts that should have already been ready. The food quality was terrible. The bacon looked old and came as a few tiny crumbled pieces (see photo)—not even close to a normal serving. The hash browns were cold, stale, and completely inedible. They had an old, off taste that matched the smell inside the store. The coffee was also made incorrectly. It was so overloaded with creamer that it was almost white and barely tasted like coffee. Overall, it felt like there was no quality control or attention to detail. Wrong order, missing items, poor food quality, and long waits despite ordering ahead. Whoever is responsible for quality assurance at this location needs to take a hard look at what’s happening because this store is not meeting the standards people expect from Dunkin. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location.

    Drive thru workers speak so rudely, they always mess up food orders, just over all worst experiences. DONT GO THERE unless you want a headache.

    Placed an order through the Dunkin app, arrived at the store, and was told the items were out of stock after we got there. (This is not the first time). Instead of issuing a refund, the staff told us we had to handle it through the app. The problem is the app literally does not provide an option for this situation. When we explained that, we were told there was “nothing they could do” because the manager, Emily, would not be back until Tuesday. So customers are apparently expected to wait days to get refunded for items the store couldn’t even provide and go out of their way to come back for their refund. To be clear, this is NOT the fault of the younger employee, Ali. She was polite and was clearly limited by what management allows employees to do. The issue is with management and the lack of any proper process in place. What made this even worse was the complete lack of professionalism and accountability. No refund receipt, no printed documentation, nothing. I had to make them write a note on a random piece of paper saying I needed to come back when the manager returned. There should never be a situation where employees have ZERO ability to resolve a basic refund issue for an out-of-stock mobile order. Completely disorganized and poorly managed experience.
