  This is the second time I’ve ordered from Domino’s and had my food delivered to the wrong apartment. I never received my order either time. I ordered through DoorDash, but after speaking with the store manager, I was told a replacement pizza would be sent. Only after I called back to check on the status was I then told I had to contact DoorDash myself for reimbursement instead. The communication, delivery coordination, and customer service were extremely disappointing. This operation does not seem well managed, especially when it comes to handling delivery issues and resolving customer complaints.

  I placed a delivery order to our AirBnB while visiting here. Things were hectic and we just needed to eat. It was about 7pm-ish on a Sunday. I feel like as I hung up the phone the driver knocked on the door. I ordered through Domino's app, not a delivery service. Food was piping hot and perfectly cooked and delivered faster than I thought it vould he cooked.

  I ordered plain wings, but those wings were spicy hot. Wow, that's not a good wow either. My Boyfriend ordered a Pizza thank goodness for that. He doesn't care for spicy food either. Lesson learned.

  The WORST service if thats what you can even call it. 1- Asked for help on the app and the girl that helped me was completely dismissive and quickly said we don’t have anything to do with the app and walked away. I stood there with my son for 10 minutes figuring it out and then ordered 2- while waiting employees were so obnoxious and loud that the manager kept asking them to stop. 3- I am with my 11yr old son and the obnoxious employees were cussing and continued to cuss even with the manager asking them to stop. 4- I ordered small pizza with light sauce and I got a pizza with had to be double sauce so it went directly into the garbage. That was the second time in a row that we have had to throw away the pizza we had ordered. I will be requesting a refund I will never order from there again I will tell everyone how bad the food, poor the service, unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. I run a retail location myself and I would pull those employees on the spot, hold them accountable, have them apologize to the customer for their behavior and cussing. I can’t believe that this was the service that anyone would think is ok.
