  Absolutely incredible experience at Indaco! From start to finish, we had the best time, and so much of that was because of our server, Matthew. He was attentive, personable, hilarious, and genuinely one of the most amazing people we’ve encountered while dining out. He made us feel so welcomed and went above and beyond to make our night special while we were celebrating a bachelorette trip!. The food and atmosphere were fantastic, but Matthew truly made the experience unforgettable. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about the people they’re serving, and Matthew is exactly that kind of person. He is an amazing human, and we feel so lucky that we got to have him as our server! 10/10 experience — ask for Matthew if you go to Indaco! We absolutely cannot wait to come back. ❤️

  Disappointing Service. The service completely ruined the evening. Our server, Brittany, had a terrible attitude from the moment we sat down. She was incredibly dismissive and repeatedly rolled her eyes when we asked questions or made standard requests. While the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, nobody wants to pay for a meal accompanied by blatant disrespect. Management needs to address this staff behavioral issue."

  One of the better establishments around Rosemary/ Alys area. Loved all the items we ordered. Focaccia is fluffier than typically done, and we loved the ricotta with it. Caesar salad was nice. Polpette had a tender texture with the perfect red sauce to go with it. We were sad that the grilled octopus was not available. The squid ink bucatini was the highlight with the spicy sauce and perfectly seasoned/grilled shrimp. Our kids loved the ravioli and the kids cheese pizza. The lemon soft serve was amazing! There was a slight mistake with the branzino but this was rectified graciously by the staff/management. It’s a nice atmosphere without being stiff. Loved our time dining here. Would love to be back in the future when we travel here again.

  We have been to Inaco twice and it was fabulous both times! The service was amazing! Servers like Roza, who took care of us both times, was very experienced and familiar with the menu and the wine list! I had their now famous lobster pasta and it was stella, with a great confluence of flavors and a wonderful layer of heat throughout. Their dishes change a bit throughout the month, so you will be surprised by the different menu items as they evolve. Can’t wait to get back. Their bar is busy as all get out after 5, so get there early if you want cocktails in the round bar. Overall, a 5- star experience! Enjoy and cheers! 🥂

  We came in without a reservation and all they had was space at the counter looking into the kitchen (which is a good sign that they were that busy on a Monday night in mid August). I'm glad we said "OK" because that table is awesome watching the talented team prepare meals. Especially the lady tossing the pizza dough and managing the wood burning oven. Everyone we interacted with was amazing. Out waitress in particular was one of the best I've ever experienced. The pizza, raviolis, and pasta were all superb.
