  EXTREMELY disappointing going here for lunch I come here EVERY SINGLE DAY for my lunch break EVERYDAY today I must have left my card at work while I patiently sat in line through the drive through like everyday for about 20 mins because they r amazing and do well but TIDAY service was not good I must have left my card at work I sat in line for 20 mins got to the window asked to speak to ms Jean I know her Very well I was refused to speak with her my order total was $3.98 I run a store and we do not do buisness like this the girl at the window had lots of facial piercings that’s all I can identify her by because there’s no name Thanks so much, and God bless

  This was a very disappointing experience. We placed a mobile order ahead of time, yet still waited over an hour to receive our food. Even more frustrating, the drive-thru was completely empty for about 25 minutes during that time, which made the delay even harder to understand. What stood out most, though, was the behavior of the manager, Genie. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, even yelling “stupid” at a cashier who appeared to be in training. The cashier, who was kind and doing her best, seemed to be treated poorly, and it didn’t feel like this was a one-time occurrence. The way the situation was handled came across as disrespectful and concerning. To make matters worse, there was no apology for the long wait or acknowledgment of the situation. Customers and staff alike deserve better treatment than what we experienced. I would not recommend this location based on both the service and the way employees are treated. This experience was extremely disappointing.

  Came at 8pm on a Friday night. I had to reverse out of the drive thru. 20 min and the line never moved. Now I'm inside. Only 1 kiosk working to order and people waiting. After I finally ordered waited another 20 min. This is fast food service.

  The manager/shift-lead named Mark is the most disrespectful and unprofessional employee I have EVER come across. As soon as I walked in, he started demeaning someone in the most aggressive way and made me extremely uncomfortable when he was getting upset with someone over a language barrier. 5/8 of us in the restaurant were all spoken to like we were 4 years old and his attitude just ruins this place. He also refused to give someone a refund because they were waiting for an hour and didn’t want to wait any longer, so he claimed that this would “get him fired”, but then he gave someone else a refund. DO NOT GO INSIDE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY…
