Rethink Food + Drink is a scratch kitchen and coffee house in Altamonte Springs, serving vegan breakfast, lunch, and craft espresso on Douglas Avenue. The menu is built around house-made vegan bowls, wraps, and superfood smoothies, with vegetarian, organic, and gluten-free options alongside. Our espresso is locally roasted and poured with oat or almond milk, and our syrups are made in house, so a good latte never requires a compromise. We also provide catering for events, with plant-based trays and party orders for pickup or delivery. Order pickup or delivery, or grab a seat inside or out on the patio, where dogs are welcome. Open Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm and Sunday 8am to 3pm.
