  Quiero expresar mi decepción con la cantidad de comida que están sirviendo últimamente en Pollo Tropical. Cada vez que voy, noto que ponen menos pollo y más arroz y frijoles. En la foto se puede ver claramente que la porción de pollo es muy pequeña en comparación con el resto del plato. También pasa con la salsa de cilantro. Cuando pedimos los potes, apenas los llenan y normalmente solo dan 2 para toda la comida, cuando realmente por la poca cantidad que traen eso equivale prácticamente a 1. A mí me gusta disfrutar mi comida con suficiente salsa, pero últimamente la cantidad que sirven es demasiado limitada. Siempre me ha gustado comer en Pollo Tropical, pero la calidad y las porciones han bajado bastante. Espero que puedan mejorar esto porque los clientes sí notamos la diferencia.

  I love Pollo Tropical. This restaurant chain has some of the best tasting beans rice and chicken I have ever tasted and the food is very healthy as long as you don't put a lot of sauces on it. The food is always fresh and the servers are always polite and professional.

  Best employee's, they take care you whit happiness and fun everybody smiles and always so helpful especially Josie, Tania, Maria, Rakel and Ana all this ladies are special

  La manager en servicio el 7 de Mayo fue muy amable! Estuve teniendo problemas con mi aplicación y ella muy cordialmente me ayudó a solucionarlo. El restaurante estaba limpio a comparación de otros a los que he ido, y la comida me la sirvieron súper rápido. Todo el servicio fue excelente!!!

  I went to PolloTropical in Altamonte Springs on Wednesday around 8:50 PM to pick up my order. The name on my order was María, but I was given someone else’s order who also had the same name. When I got home, I realized the order wasn’t mine after opening the package and checking the items. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to fix the mistake. When I explained the situation to the employee at the window (I didn’t catch her name), she was very rude. She asked for my name, and when I said María, she responded by saying, “Yes, but this says María,” as if that explained everything. I clarified that I wasn’t that María, and she simply took the bag from me and shut the window in my face. When she handed me the correct order, I said I wanted to check it, and she closed the window again without saying a word. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake, and no basic customer service courtesy like “thank you.” I understand that mistakes can happen, but the attitude was unacceptable. A simple apology and better communication would have made a big difference.
