  Pizza barely had any sauce on it and I asked for extra on my order, after I ate it I woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning

  I’m very frustrated with Pizza Hut and will no longer be giving them my service. I will be taking my business to papa John’s up the road. I ordered on the app on May 12th, 2026 and used my points to pay for my pizza. When I arrived at the store to pick my pizza up the employee told me that I had to pay and I told her I already used my points to pay for it she then said they no longer accept that coupon code and I would have to pay so I paid for it and contacted customer service to attempt to get my points back and they told me someone would email me which they did and I gave them the information they were asking for and haven’t heard anything back so I reached out again and was reassured that someone would be contacting me but nobody ever contacted me. This is so unprofessional and just overall bad business. I do not recommend Pizza Hut at all anymore.

  This has got to be the slowest, rudest Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. They are always late and never have your order on time. They do not give you accurate updates on when your order will be ready. The most unpleasant and unprofessional staff I have ever interacted with. The entire store should be fired. I’ve never came here and my order been ready. Absolute garbage restaurant.

  Ordered a couple of pizzas and got a personal pan pizza that is literally smaller than the size of my hand! A cheese personal pan pizza smaller than my hand that was almost 8 dollars! Highly disappointed!!
