  Been living in Altamonte Springs for years and I've never gone to this location, but I saw that they opened early and finally entered. The slightly tanned looking guy with the George Clooney hair, told me it would be 30 minutes for a pizza because the oven was having issues. Nobody believes that! They had tons and tons of boxes prepared to tend to their other orders and the white guy with glasses hid behind the boxes. But of course, that's Altamonte Springs these days. If you are considered person non grata, they will make sure you are badly tended to EVERWHERE. This is a dingey location anyways, really hidden and in a corner. So my intuition was correct to avoid it all these years. Additional comment to this review after owners comment: And as a response to the person who is the owner and answered me who claims it's a wonderful location, dont cling onto the "dingey" comment of the locale to gaslight me. It is a dingey spot to me and that's my perception. your supposidly "wonderful staff" decided not to give me any service and LIE about the oven out of personal bias and issues. Go ask them why! Gaslighting me is not the answer to the issue and my review. And hopefully they dont decline service to other people because of certain agendas. You being supposedly "helpful to the community" doesn't make you mother Theresa and doesn't cover for the fact that your staff chose to decline service out of personal bias. You trying to make your store sound great isnt physical proof that your staff are well intended people. There is no xray for people's personal agendas and bias. Unless you are the person being targeted and experiencing odd behavior in terms of customer service in an area.

  Lost me as a customer! Horrible customer service! My order was $30 and I had a 50 with change! All they had to do was give me a $20 bill which you have because you only take less then $20 bills! What was rude was you taking my food back! Nowhere online for order pick up does it say $20 less cash! Only says for delivery! As a customer that did this once you could have taken it and explained next time we can’t do this! But for the team to take my food away and be like oh well is unacceptable! Now because of this you lost a customer because seems you don’t deserve my money!

  Looks like we’re getting more and more crust and less and less toppings. James still did rate it 6.9 out of 10 though for taste.

  Rudest staff that I have ever encountered. RUDE. I won't go into details but it was so bad I had to call the corporate office.
