I waited 10 mins even when my order said it was ready. got my food with ribs that were excellent, bread is perfect, then my auntie fries with half cheese and no bacon.... none. and my sweet potato loaded has no loaded. this is the second time any why ill stop tipping on Togo orders.

The waiter and Manager made it Right . But it was the fact after the Bill came they wanted to Charge for Four Steaks. The Service just went Down Hill after that. But what So Funny.. They put in an automatic Tip for 20% That would have been almost 60 Dollars.. Service was Not Exactly what We Liked or The fact Both Steak were Not Right.

I was missing a ranch from my take out order and called the store to ask if they can add a ranch to an order, if I we’re to order an additional Aussie Fry on DoorDash for my lunch tomorrow. (We love Aussie Fries in this house!) They completely over exceeded my expectations with supplying a container fit for 2 whole Aussie fries and then some! Thank you again, greatly appreciated!
