  I absolutely despise giving reviews but guest service has become an issue here….i usually just move along with my day but come on how will yall know if I don’t say something? I came by today and ordered a large mango refresher because I wanted to try it out….i noticed at the second window I didn’t receive a straw so I just backed up and kindly asked for a straw….the cashier seemed to be aggravated as if the straw comes out of her check and states to me “yeah cause it doesn’t come with a straw” I looked puzzled and just drove off because like are you serious ? I wouldn’t give a damn if it had a pop top like a can if I ask for a straw give me a damn straw….i don’t want to sip it from the damn cup! Teach these people about guest service and stop pining them about inventory so they won’t be aggravated when a guest asks for a straw….

  Went over today and this was not the first time this has happened, but I went through the drive thru on a busy day and all the cars infront of me are going through and I keep talking to the drive thru with no response, hello?, hello ?, louder and louder with nothing, I hear him say what’s the code I tell him the code, and we go back to silence, then I go to the other drive thru and finally he talks, I explain everything and he says I talked to you twice and you said nothing, like seriously ?? I shouted the other cars even saw me talking into the microphone, for him just to be rude and say well I didn’t hear you, like I what’s the issue ??, just trying to order can’t even order and I’m met with attitude especially when I just got out of work, and he also cut the other lady off that went into the other drive thru, super unprofessional, just a super bad interaction and handled very poorly

  This has been my neighborhood McDonald’s since 2023 since I moved to Altamonte Springs and tonight will be my last time here. Over the years the atmosphere and the service has declined severely. Most of the employees don’t have any simple customer service skills or just plain respect to a buying customer, just like the employee named Jamiyah. Nasty mannerism for no reason. Employees like her shouldn’t be taking orders, she should be in the back because that attitude STINKS! Do BETTER Jamiyah(however it’s spelt)
