    I waited in the drive-thru for a drink I had already ordered online, with only one car ahead of me. The worker appeared to be friends with the customers in front and spent about 10 minutes talking with them instead of taking their order, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. I ended up being late to work because of the delay. On top of that, my drink had already been sitting there and was completely watered down by the time I received it.i was there for 20 minutes.Please be more considerate of customers’ time and the quality of their orders. I won’t be returning.

    This was my first time at the Dutch Bros in Altamonte springs. I have been to the apopka one many times. I think the apopka team needs to train the Altamonte springs team. The staff member got our order wrong and then when she fixed it we could not tell the difference between a cookie butter freeze and the German chocolate freeze. They were both flavorless and not sweet. When you pay $17 for two coffees you are expecting a nice treat. Not a disappointing flavorless coffee.

    Started coming a week ago , have been 3 times and while the coffee is GREAT, the service is beyond slow. The model of having someone do orders on an iPad only works if they are actually out there doing so. Instead of the few times I’ve been there , people can’t order till they get to window or are the car just before the window. Having to wait 15-20 each of the 3 times I’ve been is a bit ridiculous.

    Strange location. Lanes are tight and they have space constraints. They used the old Chick Fil A building and plot to make it work. Bees are also a problem, they had the walk up window closed off. No complaints, still a good experience, but it was odd over other locations I've gone to. Friendly staff, drink tasted good, the drive thru line didn't take too long to sit through.

    came through the drive thru in the morning to pick up an online order and had to leave the line very abruptly without my drink due to time (usually their drive thru is fast, the time issue was my fault). anyways, i went back later that day to see if i could still get my drink or at least pay for a new one. and the woman at the pick up window made it for me with no trouble. she was super sweet about the whole thing. i always have a really good experience coming here, and the drinks are always delicious!
