  As a first-time visitor to Burger Vault in Altamonte Springs, arriving from California, I would like to commend the service provided by the manager, Aba. He was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive. Despite our large group of 12, Aba managed our order with complete accuracy. Thank you for ensuring we felt welcome and for your high level of service. I look forward to returning for lunch during my next visit to Altamonte Springs. Sincerely, Ryan

  The burgers here are unreal! Absolutely delicious! Wow! The service was top tier. The staff are so friendly and greet you with warm and welcoming smiles. I had the best time here! The burger is very messy to eat so there are gloves on the table. I got the vault burger, double patties, smashed! Absolutely delicious! And I love that they use beef bacon. 10/10

  Literally the best burger in all of Orlando. The disposable gloves on the table are not a joke you're going to need them especially if you get a double or bigger. Seriously, I'm not joking about the gloves. Just swallow your pride, put a pair on and dive into your burger you'll understand after the first bite.

  I’m not normally one to complain. But first off I came in with my parents and child, my parents were in front of me. Nobody was on line at all. They took my parents order and then answered a phone order while I was already there waiting to order. The phone order processed to take 10+ mins then finally I get to order and the guy taking my order doesn’t listen to my order and asks me to say it multiple times cause he wasn’t listening. Then after my my parents finally get their food. I continue to wait for 20+ minutes for mine and my daughter’s food while other customers were also complaining about the service. Mind you it wasn’t even busy! There were 4 guys working in the kitchen and 1 was just standing there with his phone out not even assisting or even checking in to apologize for the wait or anything. While waiting for my food my parent’s food is getting cold in the bag. For a first timer here, this was an absolute terrible experience. I work in food so this was completely unacceptable for the amount the food costs here!

  I had the Mixed Vault with sweet potatoe fries and my Girl had the Mozza Melt with regular fries. The burgers are juicy, the buns hold their own, and the sauces sneak in just enough flair to keep things interesting without stealing the spotlight (Must try the Volcano sauce, it's good on everything if you like a slight kick). The Vault Sauce deserves a nod, it’s the sidekick that makes fries feel like they’re part of the main act. BTW Use the gloves on the table trust me, the burgers get crazy. Service is upbeat and efficient, with staff who seem genuinely happy to keep the vibe relaxed and welcoming. Prices sit comfortably in the “worth it” zone, and the menu offers enough variety to keep both the classic loyalists and adventurous eaters satisfied. The only negative is I paid to make them meals and we only received a burger and fries (no drink). If I'm paying ~$20+ per person the least you could do is throw in a drink or offer a cup of water. Saying make it a meal means side and drink.... A MEAL.
