Got the 15 piece meal for two .Wings was definitely over cooked , like they already had it and just refried it when ordered. Absolutely absurd considering the amount of money spent. Couldn't even eat them.Missing my fries and blue cheese and of course didn't realize until getting 20 minutes away. Of course when asked asked the employee if everything was there she said yes . Then when calling they say there's nothing they can do . Why is there a bunch of children running this place ???
This location used to have a much more welcoming atmosphere. There used to be a really nice lady working up front who was always friendly and helpful. I used to see her all the time, especially when I was getting off work, but I haven't seen her recently. Unfortunately, the customer service now feels very different. Some of the employees come across as rude and immature, and there have been instances of employees rolling their eyes, giving attitude, and dismissing customer concerns.
I recently ordered all flats and waited about 35 minutes for my order. They didn't even call my name out when it was done ,just sat it on a shelf knowing I was there waiting.. When I finally received it, the wings were way overcooked and dry, there was barely any sauce on them, and my ranch was forgotten. The fries were also overly seasoned.my other order was so dry and overcooked it was completely unedible.
When I brought my concerns to management, the young lady made me feel like I was the problem for interrupting her conversation with a coworker rather than someone who had just spent money and was trying to address an issue with my order.
This location hasn't even been open that long, and it's disappointing to already see customers being treated this way. There really shouldn't be this kind of attitude toward customers, especially at a brand-new location. Hopefully management addresses both the customer service and food quality because this used to be a much more welcoming experience.

Ordered some food online yesterday to go, went and picked it up all the way in alachua from Fort White which is about a 30 minute drive. I got home after the man at the counter handed our food directly to us. Upon arrival we noticed the food was not ours. I called back immediately and let them know the mistake. They asked if I could bring the food back to the store and then I could pick up my food that was still there. I was unable to do so as it was so late at night and a far drive. I am also 6 months pregnant and was already tired from the day. The manager in duty said he was going to make a few calls and call me back. He never called me back. I called back this morning to see if we can resolve this issue and they informed me that it’s wing stop policy that I have to bring the food back to the restaurant to get any sort of refund. Had they told e it was required I would have brought the food back however they didn’t and now it’s too late as the food has been thrown away as I do not eat lemon pepper wings. I offered to bring back the bag that had someone else’s name on it however that is not acceptable. So no refund and no food. Very disappointed with the new Wingstop in Alachua.
Two days in a row we’ve come in, ordered a family meal, and tried to redeem the 5 free wings with a $10 purchase offer that’s clearly advertised in the app. Both days the cashier called owner Reese because the promotion wouldn’t work in their system. Both days Reese instructed the staff not to honor the promotion and not to comp the five wings.
The store has only been open a couple of months, and this is how they’re choosing to treat local customers over five wings. If your system doesn’t work, that’s not the customer’s fault. Honor the promotion you’re advertising instead of making customers pay for your mistake. That’s not a great way to earn repeat business in a small community.

I purchased a family meal that included three ranch dressings. When I got home, I realized none of the ranch was in the bag. I returned to the restaurant immediately—I was gone less than five minutes—and even had my receipt as proof of purchase. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do.
What made the experience even more disappointing was the attitude of the white female employee who assisted me. She appeared to find the situation amusing rather than showing any concern or attempting to help. As a paying customer, I expected much better customer service. This could have been resolved easily, but instead I left feeling frustrated, dismissed, and disappointed.
