  Used to go here for the buffet somewhat regular but the last time I went for the buffet it took almost 30 minutes after the buffet started for any pizza to show up. It wasnt even fresh pizza just pizza from the front of the store that had been sitting out. The food tasted alright enough but we weren't fond of having an extra fee attached to our bill for using a debit card which we didnt learn about until after we were charged and got our receipt which to our knowledge hadn't happened before. So we dont plan on going back any time soon between the mediocre food and an extra charge for using a card instead of cash

  NY Pizza Plus is an Alachua staple. Great food, really great people and nice clean restaurant. Try them you won't be disappointed!

  Wonderful place for a nice dining experience! The service is exactly what it should be at a restaurant. They're attentive and have a watchful eye on the meals that come out. I ordered the grilled chicken parm and I received a plate of the regular. Our waiter quickly noticed and came right back to the table once he set it down. He realized that it was the wrong plate and came right back to correct the issue. Everyone at my table enjoyed their meals otherwise while I waited for mine to come out. Their pizza, gnocchi and rolls are all very good. Was there a hiccup in my order? yes. Was it corrected? yes. Did I have to wait for a new plate to be made? yes.... but it was still a great dining experience overall. They even have a variety of authentic pasta and sauces for purchase, which we did. My little one was excited to make the Busiate pasta at home.

  Let me tell you something the service in this place is beyond 5 stars, I have eaten on so many restaurants this one the staff is courteous, fast professional on top of things do t miss a bit table always clean loved it

  Do not have to wait for my seat. The waiter helped me out. I have a pork allergy and he went up and showed me what I could and could not eat and things he was not sure about. He went and asked the kitchen staff. it's above and beyond which is absolutely hard to find today. The food was absolutely amazing. I cannot complain at all
